Inadequate folding claspI regret that the folding clasp was not tested with the strap with which it was sold (strap too thick for the clasp). I am disappointed by the attitude of the seller, who seemed to think that I didn't know how to use a folding clasp; who offered an exchange when I asked for a refund. I am satisfied to have been refunded. What a waste of time, for them as well as for me!

Never received my package never received a response to my inquiries about the package not arriving I will be filing a charge back.

The strap sent was the wrong size & not the same colour as depicted on your site. Also the holes were out of alignment with the deployment clasp. Finally, you failed to respond to my messages.I will not deal with you again

ABP sent me the wrong size strap. I then had to print the return label, go to the postal office and send back the strap. I never got a confitmation of reception, or any message for that matter. I am still waiting for the right strap.ad on: had contact with ABP after all. They apologized, send the correct strap and added an aditional strap to make up for the inconvenience.

I ordered a watch bracelet from ABP costing about US$220. Before it was delivered, their carrier, DHL, demanded US$45 in customs duty, which I paid. A month after I received the bracelet, DHL demanded an additional US$203 for customs. DHL is threatening to ruin my credit, but they refuse to provide documentation for the duty owed. I presented this situation to customer service at ABP who replied that "this is outrageous" and promised to look into the matter and "do something to make it right." That was a month and a half ago and I never heard another word from ABP. If ABP continues to use DHL as their carrier, the lest they can do is stand up for their customers and follow through on their promises of customer service.For ABP's purposes, this event is regarding order #28076 and refers to their email from Diana to me dated 5 July 2023.

I ordered 4 straps, using their guidelines. Three are useless to me.The rubber strap wont fit the specific model I ordered it for. And the guidelines given to order their stretch fabric straps are erroneous as the ones I ordered were too small and don't fit me.When alerted, the company offered to exchange or refund but they expect me to send the items back to them overseas at my own cost.

I ordered a bracelet for a BR watch, on receipt the bracelet was far from the description in terms of compatibility and quality, ABP moreover acknowledged this in a reply email, I sent the bracelet back, ABP took 10 days to make the refund and refused to pay the return postage (2.75). I would even say that they tried to get me to send it back by ordinary mail, so they could have invoked non-receipt to simply avoid the refund! never again from them!

I received a completely different strap from the one I ordered. No one in the company wants to talk about the complaint.

Poor quality. Plastic, not real leather. The brown strap when worn its stretches and turn another color and looks like it will break soon.

Bracelet available in one length only, requiring an XL wrist. You can choose the width but not the length. A shame. Otherwise, tuner quality is top-notch.

I think the strap is a little too wide. It should have been a 19mm and not a strap between 18 and 20mm.

mixed opinion... long waiting time to receive the order and disappointment the pumps were missing... it's not a big deal but...I probably should have called for more information in the first place.good point: the bracelet fully meets my expectations!

Reliable shop, occured an issue with the quality of an item, the manager under name Benoit fixed it with dignity and without any vaste of time-n-nerves, the new one item came very fast and really of much better quality. Both were after-market rubber straps to the watches, origins for sure from 3-rd side production.

Quality is good and what I expected. I preferred their curved end Rolex Watch Strap but wanted it in Honey Brown. They claimed they no longer had that material in stock. Yet I could buy that same material without the curved end Rolex fit. Nice strap but it sure would have been nice to have gotten the curved end. Especially since they did in fact have the material.

A very good product that fits my chronograph perfectly with the curved handles. Confirms the description. Only downside, the price, 3 times more expensive than the ëessentiel ' range which is already very well made. I recommend this seller for the quality of his products.

The strap I ordered was supposed to have interchangeable spring bars and the strap I received did not. I double checked my order to make sure I had indeed ordered interchangeable spring bars and I had. I then sent an email explaining the mistake. I received a response from ABP Concept a week later denying that they had made a mistake and offering no resolution to the problem. Will not do business with this company again as they have no idea what quality customer service should be.

I still do not have my watch straps. They appear stuck in customs and no one from ABP has reached out to me to provide any updates.

No CITES paperwork from a recent order, held in US customs for three weeks and returned to ABP. Three attempts at contacting ABP to fix the issue and no one contacted me. Called VISA to refund charges.Never again as a customer.

Good product but shipping cost is way too expensive (20€ for shipping from FR to BE).

Very old customer. This is the last time I will be ordering from ABP. The bracelet I received is worthy of a 30 bracelet bought on Amazon.prices are becoming stratospheric.it is now indecent.and globally where before "everything was possible", everything is now becoming exhorbitant when it is not "impossible". I recommend other manufacturers in the area who have kept their feet on the ground! George L.

They have responded to a couple of my emails but still refuse to do anything about assuring I get the watch bracelet for which I paid ABP a good deal of money.

The company makes very good quality straps both bespoke and ready made. Customer service is very responsive and efficient. The only negative is their local courier in Italy which is below standard. I would recommend a change if they can.

I ordered two rubber-type bracelets for my Sky-Dweller "to test" (180 euros anyway) they indicate compatibility with this model of watch on the page. As a result, the bracelet doesn't fit the watch, nor the buckle supplied with it (which is of mediocre quality, by the way), nor my Rolex deployant. I'm not going to waste two hours on the phone and in the post for this amount, but at least you know, trash 30 minutes after unpacking, to be avoided.

Good quality, would recommend. Only down side are outrageous shipping cost for country other than France! 40 euros for a 120g package from Paris, France to Lausanne, Switzerland!

As always, I appreciate the high quality of ABP products, as well as the logistics, which always work without a hitch. However, this time, I'm not giving it 5 stars, as I was confronted with an unexpected problem: given the thickness of the bracelet at the end, the pumps were too far back in relation to the holes provided.As a result, it was simply impossible to mount the bracelet on the watch (it's a Jaegger Lecoultre with very short lugs), so I had to cut off part of the end, but it's really not that great. Of course, this doesn't call into question the quality of the bracelet, but it might be a good idea to add this measure when ordering a made-to-measure bracelet.

Fast, compliant delivery. The ostrich strap seems to be of good quality (to be tested over time).1 small disappointment on the folding clasp, which is a little thick when closed under the wrist.

I did receive my bracelet quickly, but the packaging was not very good for a bracelet costing 200.00. As for the additional buckle, which was supposed to replace my original Rolex buckle, it is of inferior quality. So I kept my original folding clasp. Indeed your buckle is very hard to remove, I even broke a pin during this maneuver, which is very soft with the Rolex bracelet. I am disappointed with this purchase. Sincerely

Super quality bracelets but size too small compared to the size guide, too bad (I have to take 1 size up compared to what is recommended on the site).

Quick delivery. Strap has a good quality but little bit expensive.

I changed the product because of a problem with the topstitching. The same problem occurred on the new product after a week. There's a design problem!

The Cordura Type fabric watch bands I ordered are far too stiff and uncomfortable.

I bought a rubber strap for my Panerai, it was in silicone and was one millimetre thick, it broke after an hour of use. At the price it is sold it is absolutely deplorable to have such quality, ABP never again.
