The products themselves are of excellent quality. On the other hand, the bracelets cannot be used because the inter-axis measurement was incorrect. I made the measurement myself, but I would have liked it to have been specified that it had to be increased by one or two millimeters to take account of the device.

Very good manufacture of watch straps, very serious after-sales service, the only reproach, hence my 4 stars and not 5, is that the catalog is not representative of stocks, often the strap you want is on the site but not in stock or in another color... Too bad!

Prohibitive postal cost and not only delivered at my home. I bought a 15 euros bracelet and realised the delivery wads 28 euros or so !!!! and i was not even delivered at home, i had to go to a relay point despite the right address... so obviously not a great experience.

Fast delivery of a compliant product: beautiful leather. Fabric bracelet superb and comfortable. Still the same problem with the chosen carrier: if you don't answer the phone, they don't deliver (no delivery attempt) and leave it at the post office. This greatly disrupts the quality of the shopping experience.

The strap is not compatible with the omega seamaster 300. I have sent a mail regarding this to return my order, however nobody is replying. Will try to give a call somehow, bit if no solution, I will need to open a litigation for this.However the strap quality is very nice for the price. If it would have fit the watch, definitely it would have been a very good one!

Beautiful bands. High quality. I ordered 2 alligator bands. brown for a grand seiko snowflake and black for a jaeger lecoultre master control calendar. Only issue is the black does not fit my jlc master control. I filled out the form stating the watch with reference number. It needs a curved band. The black will work for my snowflake and I ordered a strap from jlc.

Very bad quality. Be carefully using this strap for your high value watches.I bought a rubber strap from ABP Concept to my Omega Seamaster watch. Unfortunately the strap did broke after 2 month and my watch falled directly to the street. I now need to have my watch checked by an Omega dealer. Hopefully everything are fine.

Geen indexatie van mijn gedeeld pensioen. Op alle papieren staat indexatie wordt door berekend.In 1990 officiële scheiding. ABP betaalt mijn gedeelde pensioen uit.Nu krijg ik geen indexatie erbij.De een zegt u had allang een hoger moeten krijgen. Weer een andere zegt niet, want er is een wet gekomen in 2016, dat ik 2.39% niet krijg. Mijn ex wel.Hoe kan dat, sta je jaren lang stil, en dan krijg je helemaal niets erbij. Wie helpt dit te verduidelijken.

Haven't received the custom strap that I ordered and nobody is returning my emails.*edit* I finally received an email reply. My strap was lost in the post, so a new strap was made and sent via a different courier. I still don't feel the strap stitching quality/consistency/neatness is high enough for this price of watch strap, but I shall accept this and move on.

The leather work was great! However, the one of the spring bars was not 18mm. It was like 17.5mm. Because of it, it didn't secure properly to the watch.

the company is French and all e-mails are in English... Please personalize your exchanges at least with French-speaking customers and be proud of your language! I'm disappointed by the quality of the bracelet, I expected better, the croc seems extremely thin in places and about to tear between the scales, I think the life of the bracelet will be very short On the other hand I expected a bracelet thicker and padded like breitling bracelets too bad

Good value, good quality strap as described. Delivered quickly. 4 stars only because of sizing guide. If you have a small wrist, check sizing carefully before ordering. I ordered Medium according to the guide but I now believe that Small would have been much better for me.

after 1 month I contacted them to find out the status of my order, but they ignored me! A few days later I received my order, but it didn't conform... Absolutely dreadful. A crocodile watch strap I purchased fell apart after about three weeks (it cost c. £250!)When I explained this to them (with a picture), their response was they could do nothing because it was past their own 15 day limited guarantee. What a shambolic service - no pride at all in their product.I have returned it and am awaiting a full refund. Given their awful attitude - I am expectant of having to take them to a local small claims court. What a terrible experience for a what is claimed to be a premium product.Avoid at all costs.
