Beautiful crocodile strap. I have one issue. I did not imagine one keeper would be sewn in and glued so it cannot be removed. It makes the strap too thick under the OEM Omega deployant to close securely.Please advise future custom orders of this possible problem.

The strap was send out on 24/12 but was hold to the post office on 30/12 as 'The item was undeliverable due to addressee's address cannot be identified'.I had send an email to ABP concept on 2/1 and they said they will contact them right away.Moreover, I had send the email on 7/1 and raised out the issue again but this time no replyNow a week thereafter, the problem did not resolve and I still did not receive the strap.

First off delivery was surprisingly quick. Even with a little mix up in the delivery to the US. So emailed costumer service and had a response within 30 minutes. Email was informative and not some vague explanation. All sorted out. It was fantastic. Watch strap was as described. Would recommend.

the website is misleading, at the time of the order, wasn't mention that the product is out of stock and that the delivery may take more than 30 days.I ordered on December 9., and was promised by Damien several times, that the ordered item will be received until latest December 24., but only arrived on December 31.I'm very disappointed regarding your services, and would never recommend to anyone to deal you ABP Concept

I order a stock (not custom) strap from ABP, as I have in the past. The strap arrived on January 2 and I found it is defective in that it has no holes, and is, therefore, unusable. I emailed ABP about the problem, with pictures attached. As of today, I have not heard back from ABP about the strap.The straps I ordered in the past were always of high quality, but I must give a low score for customer service, and an expensive useless strap.

Strap arrived after 3 weeks shipping (not 1 day), and it was the wrong size - I can't use it. Abp just ducked their responsibility, did not give any help whatsoever

I ordered a Limited edition squared scales Alligator strap this time.But I never imagined that photograph and real strap would be so different. This is actually a fraud!! I was very disappointed and I could hardly use this strap.

Not much to say re service. My order acknowledgement advised 15-20 days to make the strap. It was about 20 working days until the strap was dispatched. I had no other communication with ABP Concept. The product itself was very impressive. And so it should be for the price. I would shop with ABP Concept again.

Straps were of really nice quality, however I ordered the oysterglide type clasp, and it was horrible. In fact, it seemed to be the exact crappy chinese one that I also bought on eBay for $15. Only problem is ABP sells them for $40. For a boutique luxury watch accessory shop, they should be providing higher quality after market clasps, or at least price them inline what everyone else charges for them. Mentioned this to customer service and no one responded to me, even after spending hundreds of dollars in the store.

I sent you a mail asking why the thickness was so small and you told me that the NATO strap has to be thin, I understood your explanation but I have to say that since the Big Pilot IWC is quite heavy, after a few day of use I see that the fixing hole is deforming. I am not an expert like you but I think that the strap for a watch like this should be more robust. I think it will be heavily damaged soon, and it's a pity for an expensive strap like this. I think you should use different thickness on different parts of the strap.
