Disappointing product, perfectible finish (badly distributed yellow paint).I'm not convinced that this product, an iphone XR shell fulfils its purpose, it seems too short at both ends of the device... A possible design flaw.

Answer time on e-mails is a little bit long sometimes. Asked for a picture of the complete hide- the configuration picture wasn't meaningful enough. Received some pictures of a great hide and ordered on this base- in the end I got a strap which was definitely different colour- nice too- but not what I ordered. I wrote a email to ask if they took the wrong hide- the answer was, that the colour on this specification changed some months ago!? So why did I get pictures of a hide/colour that wasn't nearly the same for months???

ABP being French,I write to you in French,why 1 star,ABP did not respect its engagements,delivery 1 month instead of 10 days,the sold bracelet cannot adapt to the Hermés buckle,ABP sold me pistons not adaptable on the watch,the price of this bracelet 215 is not justified,on receipt of this bracelet no invoice,only a delivery note,according to their e-mail,I was to be compensated,to date no compensation,I leave it to you to register my dissatisfaction.Kind regards.A.Lemaître

I ordered three classic alligator straps--one brown and two black. One of the black straps has a noticeably more glossy finish, and a different buckle (i.e. different buckle design that the other two straps, and different than shown on the ABP website).

ABP are experts at producing very high quality watch straps that fit beautifully and look beautiful. ABP also care about the customer with great attention and service. I am writing this after coming back to ABP after a gap of more than 5 years to find they are even better than I remember.

I purchased a couple of straps from ABP Concept. Their straps are well made and very comfortable. The online purchase experience is easy and they have both "budget" priced straps and straps out of my budget. I recommend them for any likes quality craftsmanship.

I designed a new watchband for a vintage watch that did not conform to the standard measurements of today's watch bands and used ABP Concept's website to go step by step and design a band that fit the odd-sized lugs on my watch. Once it arrived, it was exactly as I had ordered and was perfect in all ways. I'd do the same thing again with them when the time comes.

I received a watch band that is too large. I have tried to contact Abp Concept 5 times via email and their Contact Us page on their site with no response. I have no idea how to get a response from ABP Concept to correct the situation. I have received an email, I am exchanging the product.

I have not received my watch strap, the package has been shipped back to France and my funds have not been returned. I'll be calling my credit card company on Monday to let them know that this charge must be reversed as ABP did not deliver the product I had paid for.

ABP Concept provided me with a wonderfully unique bespoke ostrich leather strap that was perfect for my Santos 100. Unlike many other bespoke strap makers ABP Concept were able to provide the Cartier Santos 100 OEM components to ensure the perfect fit for my strap.

In the past I placed my orders in Paris - offline. Still today I am very happy with the "bespoke" leather straps. This time I tried your online shop with just some simple "perlon" straps, to give it a try, as I can´t travel to Paris so often. One strap is very nice, but the other one doesn´t match the size I asked for. It should have been 22mm but even on my biggest watch (23mm between horns) it doesn´t fit. Because of the (almost prohibitive if you consider it was inside Europe and just a small and light envelope) € 15,- shipping fee I already paid, me didn´t ask for any replacement … Will I try it again? Probably not if I find something more convenient
