Everything perfect, materials ok except maybe the smell of the bracelet, I don't know if it's leather in contact with the skin.

Good quality. Fast delivery

Have ordered twice from this retailer. My first order took a very long time to get to me. Customer service kept stalling in their communication on order and delivery status. The second order took just as long and I was disappointed with what I received after having to wait for it. I was expecting a tan brown leather strap (as shown in the pictures on the website) not a dark brown one, which is what I received. Still waiting to hear from retailer on return/ exchange policy.

One of the quick release did not open properly and I tried harder, unfortunately it's broken.

Bad experience with this purchase. Product received incomplete and defective. In addition, the after-sales service is complicated to contact and I am waiting for their return.

Very good: beautiful bracelet, as described. One drawback with the delivery: an envelope stamped "ABP bracelets montre" was left in the mailbox as a single delivery. For a bracelet that costs a certain amount of money, a signature would have been preferable, even if everything went smoothly.

I received the bracelet as ordered. Very good quality and beautifully finished. Not yet mounted on the watch, so no definitive opinion yet. I was expecting a little more premium packaging. Delivery times are good, apart from Chronopost which took 4 days! I recommend ABP for the wide choice of materials and personalization!

Shipment is now over three weeks with no definitive delivery date provided after 3 inquiries. According to the status it shows US Customs reviewing the shipment for over two weeks. Does your US representative have any clue as to how long this requires to be cleared?

I already bought a nice strap couple of months ago from you, and I am happy with this one.Unfortunately both of the straps I just bought this time are pretty good, but not good enough as the previous one. I mean that it wasn't written that I have to cut and make so many additional changes to the buckle's end.That's why my feedback is not so high and I think you should advertise it as it must to be.

I got a custom strap for a Cartier Pasha. Excellent communication and product, the only reason for not getting 5 stars is the price.

I bought the cordura bracelets in black and khaki. They are very well made. The interchangeable pumps are a must. Ideal for small 15.5cm wrists. Too bad there are only 4 colors and one material. Why not small-hole racing leather? Personally, I use them for two moonswatches.

Very very bad experience

After ordering a stock bracelet with the option of interchangeable pumps. After only a few days, the bracelet tore right at the notch made by Abp. Their response to this problem is simply that I should buy another one with a discount because the bracelet has been worn! An unacceptable response that doesn't even take into account the obligation to deliver a quality product with a minimum of reliability.

Interesting overall experience. However, I probably made a mistake on the thickness of the bracelet, which was not thick enough to be aesthetically pleasing. I probably made a second mistake on the width of my bracelet at the case. It's missing 1mm. Sincerely

I ordered a custom-made bracelet for my Santos. This one was perfect, quality workmanship. The only remark is that for the price the packaging isn't up to scratch, a box wouldn't be too much.

High-quality product, only slight complaint: the blue color is darker in real life than in the photos.

Great strap, like the vegan options.

The brown is really dark, almost black. The welcome at the Lyon store when picking up the parcel is far from perfect, and nothing like that at the Paris store.

Serious, fast delivery, good communication, nothing to say. However, I was a little disappointed by the quality of the Tropic bracelet I received.

I received the wrong product (again). Had ship it back to ABP in order to receive the correct product. It has been 2 weeks since I returned it, and I still did not hear anything from ABP.Great straps, horrible customer service

First of all, ABP sent me the wrong belt which cost 1/6 of the price I paid. Once returned, they sent me the correct belt but forgot to send me the Hermes buckle. I had to return the belt because of ill-fitting size at my own cost. After a 1 week wait, ABP finally sent me the correct belt and buckle. The quality of the material and artisanship are some way off the quality of the luxury brand. Hence the 4 stars. Customer service though courteous but a bit less than competence.

Ordered on December 10, 2023, I still don't have my deployant buckle. The reason is an error in the address written on the package sent (although the address on the invoice I received is the right one) and therefore returned to the company. I now have to wait for the parcel to be returned to them. In any case, I'm glad it's not a Christmas present!!!! I'm sure I won't be ordering from them again.

I bought two straps. A year ago I bought the same strap and I love it. Reason to buy two the same straps again. The new straps have a colour I don't like and the size differs from the one I bought a year ago, so I have send the straps back to Paris. ABP is willing to make two new straps, but I am afraid it is gonna take a long time before I have two new straps. I have paid more than 400 euro for straps and to send them back and I don't know when I have the new straps. So I wait and see what will happen…

I've placed several orders (watchbands and belts). The materials are noble and of quality, the shipping fast for items in stock and the prices attractive. I decided to order a made-to-measure watchband. The order and manufacture were taken quickly, but the result is well below the usual production.

Watch strap was made with a damaged piece of skin, customer support was not helpful.

Far from a premium experience.It is striking to me that an artisan asks you to pay items worth just below the price range of Hermès but with a shipping service that is neither reliable, nor efficient.I have been waiting all in all over a month now for a leather Arceau bracelet. The atelier takes up to 2 weeks to prepare and finalize the bracelet, prior to handing it over to Colissimo (French postal and shipping services) which took so far over 20 days to first send the package through the wrong channel, and while trying it for the second luck, shipping it to La Martinique (French Dom Tom island).Fun fact I live in Denmark... !The only star remain for Clémence who is taking care of the client relations and who tried to follow up on the situation.Not worth the hustle.

2nd time in a row terrible problems , zero communication , avoid at all costs.1st time , they do not include a invoice inside the envelope with dhl ( i have physically checked)so despite paying express shipping it stays 10 days stuck.After this the customs bill (I am in NYC) is 231.30 dollars.First time they refuse to fix or cover and it takes an additional 45 days for it to get to me as they ship back and return.This time I foolishly spent 400 dollars with them on a strap and rest assured same problem as before , with same delays ,and nothing on envelope.This time zero communication for a week and i foolishly paid the 231.30 dollar customs bill just to finish this relationship with them once in for all. I offered covering 50/50 , for them to fix it but nope.Very very amateur operation in terms of shipping and completing an order, terrible delayed and elitist communication. My network has a very large reach in the watch world , rest assured my experience in it's full detail , and how patient i have been , writing multiple emails will all be shared so they do not get any repeating business from thousands of people i know.
