Great product (exactly what I ordered), which arrived on-time. I appreciated their communications, which kept me in the loop throughout the entire production and shipping process. I'm particularly impressed with the variety of leathers and colors offered, although I will say that their prices are noticeably higher than most of their comparable-quality competitors.

No response to my email about completely wrong size for my wrist and how to address this problem.

Shocking and disgraceful business, likely entirely a fake setup. Do not do any business with them. Read reviews of the suffers and the people who were cheated by this company. These are predators with well set traps to rip you off. Go and get your straps from very honest companies like Rubber B or Everest (two of may genuinely good businesses). I do not know how they are allowed to continue their criminal activities in Paris. Very strange, these type of people create hatred in the hearts of honest hard working people who spend their hard earned pennies for hobbies that make them feel good, by taking their money and then vanish in thin air. Absolute criminals.

Product I bought never turned up and company stopped replying to my emails, will not use again

Terrible customer service or lack of such.One month after the order the package is still not shipped and no response why.Do not buy anything from this place!

Helpful support, timely delivery. Feels and looks great, all for 1/3 of the price of an original Omega crocodile strap. We'll see if it lasts 15 years of daily use like the original did.If it does, I'll give it the missing star, for a full 5.

Very good quality, lot of materials but very expensive

I understand there is a long lead time for a handmade product but I was told that the item would arrive by a certain date but it did not. Then, the strap came without plots which made it completely unusable. I am working with customer service on a solution but it has already taken a week and I do not yet have a resolution. Paying $800+ for a product that is unusable and for expedited shipping is frustrating when I now have to wait many months to use the product. At this point, I really just want a refund and to move on.I appreciate the help in resolving this in short order.Thanks,Cory

Leather strap was hand made very good and customer service was polite. Just needed to be a bit more clear on dispatch and delivery and I ask for some assistance on fitting the strap but I got no reply. I was compensated with an extra tool peace for the delay which I was very thank ful for.

Broken strap

Fluctuating quality concerning the leather. Errors in production are relatively frequent (2 times on 5 straps). One time the error was swiftly corrected and a new strap was sent. Next time the shop doesn't even send a reply.

Very nice product, the quality is irreproachable. The classic generic folding clasp is very correct and fitted, and the delivery time is correct (20 days for manufacture).

The quality of the is always perfect (already 6 straps commende) et number of possibilities is always increasing ! Delivery time is unfortunately a little bit long... But when we want quality, we have to wait.

Ordered a Bleu / marron bracelet, got a Noir/ jaune one! Tried to declare my dissapointment, but Email and Support contact were not accessible! No way!!!They use to deliver extraordninary quality.....but never ever again for me!!!!

It would be nice if you had an English version of the emails that could be sent. I ordered 2 gift certificates to try to get to a specific amount and it would be nice if they could have been combined.

I ordered a watch strap on their website and payed for it! They wrote to me that there will go betveen 2 - 15 days from they have prepared the strap. Now it has been over a month ago and I still dont recieved anythings from Them. I had tryed to contact Them with no results.I really dont Think I ever will do business with This form again.

I didn't get the item neither the tracking number.

Sent an email to them once I received the watch straps as it is too short and virtually cannot accommodate any wrist. The straps should be one longer than the other but I received 2 short ones. They replied to my email promptly but after my reply, there is no more follow up on my case. I sent two more emails thereafter but it's just silence.

Unfortunately, the bracelet itself is not calibrated for my Rolex. Two stars for the quality of the item, which is unfortunately unusable.

I have ordered a second alligator strap for my WG Daytona since the first didn't quite meet my expectations in terms of colour. This time I ordered a black one, but compared to the picture advertised, I received what looks like a very different product. I have tried emailing them, they have responded once over the course of a month. Very frustrating and I am trying to get a refund.Edit: I received a replacement strap as the one advertised. It is a great product, but it did take a very long time from start to finish.

Spent several hundred dollars and never received a single item

I truly wish I had listened to the negative feedback, but I brushed it off as people judging to harshly, e.g. delays due to COVID19. I was so wrong. Same thing happened to me: delays, promises, more delays and empty promises... Finally, the strap arrives and pretty much every single measurement is wrong. Not even the lug width was correct. From there on, I have been faced with silence and EUR 300 is down the drain... Please, be smarter than I was: Don't do business with this company.

Really disappointed, I thought I was calling in the professionals for a personalized watch project for my brand, but I received a sloppy made-to-measure bracelet. Customer service obviously offered to send it back (at my expense) to correct the defects, but only part of it was corrected, leaving cracks on the edges. I really don't recommend custom-made with them, for half the price there's much better elsewhere with real finishes, unfortunately not in the leather I wanted, but to choose I prefer quality.

Very good communication and help to order. Received one of three items faulty (thus minus one star for bad quality control) but they proceeded with replacement without problems. Overall very satisfied with customer service.As for the quality of the straps it remains to be seen with time. They look very nice indeed.

Decent quality leather but very average edge finishing. Stainless steel buckle (copy) is decent. Overall not bad but overpriced.

The custom strap from ABP fell apart within 3 days!! Had a custom strap made for a Rolex. Company was very responsive when designing the strap. Took a few months to make and cost $300+. Once it arrived, the leather started to peel off the rubber that it was glued to within just 3 days. Within 5 days, I could no longer use the strap. Despite my numerous attempt to reach ABP, nobody has communicated back to me from this company. Horrible quality - steer clear of this company.If ABP reads this - I am still waiting on a response. (over a month+).

Watch strap when received was not correct. Two emails sent so far have not been replied to. Help before making order was excellent but after sales service appears to be non-existent! No answer to telephone enquiry.

Classic Nato bracelet displayed available.....Inquiry e-mail 34 days later, no reply. 45 days after the order, still no news, second e-mail; all outside the confinement period, otherwise I wouldn't mention it.I'd like to add that I'm used to ordering abroad and that such a scenario has never occurred to me. PS I doubt I'll get anything from them, they're closed in August.... no big deal.

Unbelievably bad service. Ordered a watchstrap for my husband's birthday on May 3rd 2020. Two days later I received an email to say that the order would be delayed due to covid-19. I was told to expect a 6-week delay which I wasn't pleased about but appreciated the advance warning. 9 weeks later still no strap and no response to my email and Facebook Messenger enquiries. I fear I've lost my money. What a terrible way to treat people.Update: my one star review prompted a promise to investigate why the strap hadn't arrived and a promise to follow up. That was 10 days ago. Needless to say Diana hasn't been in touch since.Update 24th July. After numerous emails and posting on social media, I received a full refund today so my review is now 2 stars rather than one.

MORE THAN 2 MONTHS have passed since my order. (April 30, 2020) and STILL NO BRACELET. It's the typical French company, they cash in and you struggle.I'll spare you all my calls and connections to move the case forward. Damien in customer service is an arrogant and pretentious character who spouts his lying blah blah blah to show you that all this is normal and that your request is unfounded.

I ordered a strap over 7 weeks ago, and have exchanged multiple emails with them where they kept saying that it's getting delayed. And now for the past week, I've gotten no response to 2 emails I've sent and I still haven't received the bracelet. I was basically robbed for over 200 usd. DO NOT attempt to make an order as I've been reading similar reviews.

I ordered 4 straps in the biginning of aprili payed all in april. in June i received only 3 straps. one in poor quality.still missing items for 56 euro.no reaction!!!! dont buy there!!!!!

I had used ABP before and found them good, so thought it safe to make use of a tempting discount offer to get a new strap for my IWC. ABP are attractive because of the colours on offer, not the IWC black / brown, I went for a blue.It got delayed because of Covid19, ok I understand that, but I'd say its grey not blue. Strap looks good quality, but not what i was expecting, so it will sit in a reserve drawer and I'll have to look again.
