Nice? strap? with? suitable price

Good service, online order was treated fast. Though I got a notification that it would take up to 20 days to get delivered because it was a custom order, albeit it actually wasn't (I ordered standard pieces/nato-bracelet). But it was a mistake and the customer support answered quickly (<24h). On the "negative" side, they work with French Post and it was a bit a pain in the *** to get the parcel delivered. The street number on the address was wrong and it took several calls and even a 15km drive to the regional distribution center to get the address right. But I guess it's not ABP's fault.

Non-existent customer service. Do not answer emails. No response to my refund request.

Bracelet announced in stock on the website but in fact not, up to 3-4 extra weeks needed to manufacture the missing parts. Fortunately this was limited to about 1 week in my case, but this should be communicated before ordering to be perfect.

The order was delayed with more than a week. Once recieved, i found out that ABP delivered the wrong strap. I have paid EUR 345 for a strap that i did not order. In addition i have not recieved and invoice. What i have recieved is a bill stating that i have recieved a sample strap worth EUR 20. I find this business practise to be irregular. I have written several times to enure that ABP make up for the wrong order. Still no resolvement after 45 days...

Ordered two straps from the classic collection, which looks to be good quality but the color is a little too far from what was shown on the site. Both the calf leather and the alligator are much more uniform in color and they look almost like plastic.

Good very quality product better than I expected! Unfortunately new band is slightly narrow for my Panerai submersible , which means there is gap where you can see the pin! (Connecting the band to the watch) .slightly disappointed, it doesn't fit better !But overall a great product !!????

I bought a light brown NATO alligator strap... 90 + 7 shipping, I understand the price according to a Living Heritage Company, however please explain the following:- Although the leather varies according to the animal and the place taken the bracelet looks nothing like the photo ... which must be the best ...- I'm having trouble grasping the light brown color, it's chocolate brown...- I can't see the shiny side of the leather or the contrast between the scales, it's dull and a very solid color.I'm not a picky person to be polite... but I've been wanting this for so long... after 16 days of waiting... now I'm relatively disappointed.

Alligator nato made and shipped fast. That's the strong point. And it gives a real character to my Submariner. On the other hand, I'm a little disappointed because it's more matte than on the photo (I should have chosen glossy). From a distance, it looks like printed calfskin... We'll also have to wait and see how it holds up over time, as the skin is thin and the Nato imposes creases that may lead to cracking. We'll see. In any case, a unique product, as ordered. I'll certainly be ordering another bracelet from ABP in the future.

Quality products. This is the third watch strap that I have ordered and not disappointed with it, however, I have to ding you on the fact that you lost track of the original shipment and I needed to contact you to have it resolved, by sending a second strap.

18 days since the order was placed. It was not a custom made strap. I have written to customer service 2x for an update and have not gotten an update. I am ready to contact the CC card company for a refund.

It takes long time from order to delivery.

I received the wrong strap and was notified by ABP that I could send it back (at my expense) and they would redo the order. Instead, I asked for an exchange or a refund and after several emails and a month and a half later I have yet to get a single response from ABP. They now have the original strap back and I am just waiting on a response. Interestingly, prior to placing my order, they were very responsive.

I had given ABP my wrist size in (mm) and I was uncertain between L or XL...my wrist size which was measured many times to make sure and is just under 8mm so I chose L, because of the variance in mm for sizes. When my blue denim alligator/croc? leather band came in for my Rolex datejust ll 41mm, the band was beautiful and high quality, but it was way to short. Had the band installed by my local jeweler on the watch, and had it extended as far as allowed, and it is so tight....I am hoping that it will give a little through wear.My recommendation when ordering from them is to just dictate your wrist size and leave it at that, and have them make the decision; my wrist size was in between L and XL, but now I know and it was costly.

Poor quality The loop is of very poor quality.very disappointed

The strap is terrific. BUT I also ordered spring bars which did not arrive and I am not receiving responses to my emails to rectify the problem

Strap came with no holes (they were added at the moment of purchase). Poor quality of stitching, uneven. Color specified was dark brown. Real color is like a taupe. Send an email with my claims uppon reception and never received a reply. The quality does not reflect de price above 200 euros. Straps for less than a quarter the price do the job and don't have uneven stitching.

I bought a strap for my Rolex Air King but the fit to the height of the lugs was terrible despite being listed for that model. ABP admitted the issue so I returned for a refund but didn't include the original postage despite the product issue being theirs. Ended up £20 or so out of pocket from the experience and hence I won't use them again unfortunately.

The product arrived late.

Happy with the product and customer service. Took a bit too long to be sent off, and there were some issues with the parcel being returned. Other than that great experience.

Crappy customer service. I specifically asked for quick release bar cut on the straps ( i even gave them the ref of the watch), they confirmed it but when it came it didnt have any cut. I wrote 2 emails about the problem, 0 answer until now( which is kinda frustrating this beeing my third order of a custom strap from abp). Im sorry to say that this was my last order.

My only gripe is requiring a signature for delivery by the USPS. inevitably I'm not home at delivery and then must go to the post office where they have trouble locating your package.

i purchased 2 straps in November one was stock the other needed to be made. I received the straps and found that the one that was made was the wrong color. I contacted ABP and was told a replacement would be made and sent ASAP. I followed up on:1/2/191/9/192/11/192/26/19and 3/6/19In their response to my email dated 1/9/19 I was told the strap was being made and they will have it completed by the end of that week and sent out.as of 3/7/19 I still have not received the strap.So I have no strap, no explanation as of the status . In fact they stopped corresponding with me after the 1/9/19 email.this company came highly recommended to me but has been a major disappointment and I will tell the gentleman that gave me their recommendation (he works for a very high end jewelry store in the U.S.) that their service is horrendous and I will never purchase anything from them again and will advise others to do the same.

Ordered a watch strap with express delivery. Was told it had been shipped. Strap never arrived. Emailed several times and finally received a reply stating that I would be refunded express delivery and they would reship. Emailed countless times and tried calling. No reply. No strap. The order was placed over 3 months ago now!! If you must use these people ensure you pay by credit card so you stand half a chance of getting your money back if (when) they screw up and refuse to return any correspondence.

I ordered a strap that was already in stock and I chose the fast shipping method 1-5 days.After 4 days I receive a email where it said it was ready to ship, now it has been 10 since I made the order and still no strap.I have tried to contact abp concept but no reply.The shipping agency tracking system is showing the strap is on it way.Very POOR response I'm not in any way satisfied with ABP CONCEPT

1 month to receive my order. 10 days after Christmas. Without a word of apology. No coupon. I will never return and do not recommend your site.

Great website, easy configuration of individual straps. Delivery time was many weeks. However, great products!

Bracelet delivered on time and well made. I was surprised by the color compared to the website. But I guess that's because of the light. Happy overall.

Order was shipped quickly. Packaging of products could be done a little better. I do understand that it helps keep costs down for the consumer. Asked a few questions through the email, however response was a little slow. Took 3 days to reply.

Hello,Unfortunately I bought my bracelets during a period with a promotional code, but not being aware of it, I paid the full price.When I asked for the discount to be granted, I didn't even get an answer.On the other hand, the products are of very good quality.

A little long in terms of lead time, but that's the price to pay for exceptional bracelets with a perfect finish. Having tested most high-end bracelet manufacturers, ABP really stands out: top quality.

Answer time on e-mails is a little bit long sometimes. Asked for a picture of the complete hide- the configuration picture wasn't meaningful enough. Received some pictures of a great hide and ordered on this base- in the end I got a strap which was definitely different colour- nice too- but not what I ordered. I wrote a email to ask if they took the wrong hide- the answer was, that the colour on this specification changed some months ago!? So why did I get pictures of a hide/colour that wasn't nearly the same for months???

ABP being French,I write to you in French,why 1 star,ABP did not respect its engagements,delivery 1 month instead of 10 days,the sold bracelet cannot adapt to the Hermés buckle,ABP sold me pistons not adaptable on the watch,the price of this bracelet 215 is not justified,on receipt of this bracelet no invoice,only a delivery note,according to their e-mail,I was to be compensated,to date no compensation,I leave it to you to register my dissatisfaction.Kind regards.A.Lemaître
