I purchased a couple of straps from ABP Concept. Their straps are well made and very comfortable. The online purchase experience is easy and they have both "budget" priced straps and straps out of my budget. I recommend them for any likes quality craftsmanship.

I designed a new watchband for a vintage watch that did not conform to the standard measurements of today's watch bands and used ABP Concept's website to go step by step and design a band that fit the odd-sized lugs on my watch. Once it arrived, it was exactly as I had ordered and was perfect in all ways. I'd do the same thing again with them when the time comes.

I received a watch band that is too large. I have tried to contact Abp Concept 5 times via email and their Contact Us page on their site with no response. I have no idea how to get a response from ABP Concept to correct the situation. I have received an email, I am exchanging the product.

The leather is soft and is molding nicely to my wrist. The clasp is good quality as well. I love how the leather is black on the inside as well. It looks beautiful on my Datejust

I have not received my watch strap, the package has been shipped back to France and my funds have not been returned. I'll be calling my credit card company on Monday to let them know that this charge must be reversed as ABP did not deliver the product I had paid for.

ABP Concept provided me with a wonderfully unique bespoke ostrich leather strap that was perfect for my Santos 100. Unlike many other bespoke strap makers ABP Concept were able to provide the Cartier Santos 100 OEM components to ensure the perfect fit for my strap.

In the past I placed my orders in Paris - offline. Still today I am very happy with the "bespoke" leather straps. This time I tried your online shop with just some simple "perlon" straps, to give it a try, as I can´t travel to Paris so often. One strap is very nice, but the other one doesn´t match the size I asked for. It should have been 22mm but even on my biggest watch (23mm between horns) it doesn´t fit. Because of the (almost prohibitive if you consider it was inside Europe and just a small and light envelope) € 15,- shipping fee I already paid, me didn´t ask for any replacement … Will I try it again? Probably not if I find something more convenient

Expensive and no discount on purchase on further straps. ABP we would like rebate on further strap. For instance we would order one conservative and one more modern design colors/sport

I read 100s of reviews of many strap brands before proceeding with ABP for my Panerai. I received the strap and found 2 tears in the leather. I was so disappointed. I contacted the website via its email which was supplied with the invoice. I received no response for a number of days (interesting how when I first contacted them about the purchase, they responded overnight but when it comes to complaints, silence). I then called their store in France at my expense to find out what was going on. I managed to speak to someone who had limited English who said someone would call me back. Overnight, a response came saying "the tearings don't look really bad". I was shocked - there shouldn't be any in the first place!!!! I was asked to return the strap "if I want" and they would give me another. I was so upset. In addition, the strap was so thin and seemed quite poor quality. I asked for a refund in the letter I sent back with the strap - that was my preference. If they couldn't do this, I would accept a replacement but I said to them I view their products as poorly made and cheap. They didn't refund me but instead sent another strap. This is such a different outcome to what I expected after all the glowing reviews. I won't be buying from them again.

Simply an amazing and fantastic strap. The quality and detail are phenomenal. The fit is literally perfect. I have owned many Rolexs and Pateks and Omegas and I know straps.
