Haven't received the custom strap that I ordered and nobody is returning my emails.*edit* I finally received an email reply. My strap was lost in the post, so a new strap was made and sent via a different courier. I still don't feel the strap stitching quality/consistency/neatness is high enough for this price of watch strap, but I shall accept this and move on.

Phenomenal quality. No doubt the best strap in the market. Love my new Aligator strap for my Todor Blackbay GMT. My only suggestion would be to make the lug holes on the strap a little tight otherwise everything else seems perfect and very comfortable to wear. Thank you ABP team.

Customer service warned of a very slight delay at the order; most company wouldn't have bothered.They were also very helpful answering questions about the colour and type of leathers.Don't hesitate to order leather samples, given the magnitude of colours available. They're sent quickly and true to final product.

09-05-22 Order placed.11-05-22 Order Shipped.31-05-22 Carrier returns package to sender without delivery attempt (and yes, I filled out my address correctly).03-06-22 Still no package, no contact by ABP.Upon research I discovered that the basic shipping option has a lot of bad reviews. Still ABP keeps using them.
