I read 100s of reviews of many strap brands before proceeding with ABP for my Panerai. I received the strap and found 2 tears in the leather. I was so disappointed. I contacted the website via its email which was supplied with the invoice. I received no response for a number of days (interesting how when I first contacted them about the purchase, they responded overnight but when it comes to complaints, silence). I then called their store in France at my expense to find out what was going on. I managed to speak to someone who had limited English who said someone would call me back. Overnight, a response came saying "the tearings don't look really bad". I was shocked - there shouldn't be any in the first place!!!! I was asked to return the strap "if I want" and they would give me another. I was so upset. In addition, the strap was so thin and seemed quite poor quality. I asked for a refund in the letter I sent back with the strap - that was my preference. If they couldn't do this, I would accept a replacement but I said to them I view their products as poorly made and cheap. They didn't refund me but instead sent another strap. This is such a different outcome to what I expected after all the glowing reviews. I won't be buying from them again.

Simply an amazing and fantastic strap. The quality and detail are phenomenal. The fit is literally perfect. I have owned many Rolexs and Pateks and Omegas and I know straps.

I cannot rate the craftsmanship highly enough Better than the Panerai strap I replaced on my Radiomir -looks and feels completely hand made

I have ordered the strap online and waited for over a month until I finally go to the shop and collect it myself.

Finding alligator in a MOD/NATO style strap is rare. So, this quality strap fills a niche. The single-pass strap is the safest - and easiest to remove and install. The matte finished alligator has a soft, velvet feel. Strap is flexible, and will properly fit up to 9 inch wrist. The textured calfskin lining is glued on, and I have hopes it will last. But, stiched edging would add to my confidence in durability.Personally, I remove the lower retaining ring/strap section to allow the watch to be placed as needed to allign and center the buckle on the wrist. Also, I would prefer alligator keepers, one fixed, and one floating.All in all, a lovely, comfortable strap in a hard-to-find material and style combination.

Thank you for making my watch strap. I was expecting something special but what I received far exceeded special.

Buying a tailored watchstrap online is a bit scary thing, its spending more money on usual on an everyday item and the opeiotn and variants are many. However, I feel like ABP concept been great at reducing the uncertainties of buying an unseen item online in a very good manner. All the way through the process I have been able to get good answers to my Many questions, as well as advice and i am very happy with my watch strap.

Sent wrong color Tried emailing them 4 times but got no reply

Advice on choosing bracelets via email was friendly, pertinent and responsive. One of the bracelets (NATO) was discreetly damaged, and ABP sent me back a second bracelet just as quickly, without even asking for the first one back.Quality, advice, responsiveness.

Poor Service!!! I placed my order a couple weeks ago and hadn't had it processed 2-3 weeks later. I had to go out of my way to get in contact with their team, then,was it processesed. There seems to be very poor communication from the company, upon receiving my order, I had to contact them about the poor quality of the product, again, silence is the way the company chooses to handle their customers queries. Not a good experience at all, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone looking at buying from them.

This is the fifth watch strap I have had ABP make for me. All of them have been terrific designs, fit well and were long lasting.

This bright idea of a niche business once created by renown Jewelry artisan was once a real gem for cognoscenti , an exclusive and high quality little secret for luxury watches VIP customers or a go-to reference for Jewelers...Fifteen years later, now run by a not so prodigal son like a Seven Eleven with untrained, unprofessional Millennials with a (faux Parisian) high nose attitude, it has become a mainstream staple for pretentious hipster wannabees who just bought their first pre-owned Rolex. Overpriced products, messy commercial follow-up and service, they are now outplayed by other recognized competitors around the world...Don't fall for this overrated French tourist trap.
