Interesting overall experience. However, I probably made a mistake on the thickness of the bracelet, which was not thick enough to be aesthetically pleasing. I probably made a second mistake on the width of my bracelet at the case. It's missing 1mm. Sincerely

Ordering and delivery service has been great but the quality of the craftmanship and fitment has been getting less satisfactory. One-size-fit-all quick-release pins are short and small no matter how wide the lugs are. The holes on the straps were made too big for the pins so that the pins fell off easily.

I ordered a custom-made bracelet for my Santos. This one was perfect, quality workmanship. The only remark is that for the price the packaging isn't up to scratch, a box wouldn't be too much.

The order was dispatched very quickly and the products were as ordered and well finished.

Custom bracelets are expensive but of excellent quality. But the system for requesting a quote is complicated and not necessarily consistent with certain brands. The only advice is to send a drawing of an existing model to avoid mistakes.

The brown is really dark, almost black. The welcome at the Lyon store when picking up the parcel is far from perfect, and nothing like that at the Paris store.

Serious, fast delivery, good communication, nothing to say. However, I was a little disappointed by the quality of the Tropic bracelet I received.

All is perfect, just the delivery time is a little too long.

I really like the fact that there's such an alternative to rollex expensive products.But the one I received was not well painted. Something got wrong in the quality chain.

First of all, ABP sent me the wrong belt which cost 1/6 of the price I paid. Once returned, they sent me the correct belt but forgot to send me the Hermes buckle. I had to return the belt because of ill-fitting size at my own cost. After a 1 week wait, ABP finally sent me the correct belt and buckle. The quality of the material and artisanship are some way off the quality of the luxury brand. Hence the 4 stars. Customer service though courteous but a bit less than competence.

I was looking for a yellow leather item and ordered it from this site because it was advertised as being available. Had I known, I wouldn't have placed the order, but customer service was responsive and friendly.

I've placed several orders (watchbands and belts). The materials are noble and of quality, the shipping fast for items in stock and the prices attractive. I decided to order a made-to-measure watchband. The order and manufacture were taken quickly, but the result is well below the usual production.

EDIT: I'm in communication now, they responded after a couple of weeks. If they provide adequate solution to the problem the review will be altered. ****OLD****I have informed ABP Concept of my complaint by e-mail and web form; however, this company does not respond to my complaint. The complaint concerns order no. 30229, a custom-made alligator strap for 360 euros to be made for a Cartier watch.I received the order incomplete, as the folding buckle ordered was missing. Furthermore, when I had the strap fitted by my watchmaker jeweler, it turned out that it didn't fit. The leather is too thick to pass through the original Cartier folding clasp. Not only did the watchmaker indicate that the leather was too thick, but also that the two parts of the strap were not of equal thickness. One part of the strap is thinner than the other. So far, the company has delivered a custom-made strap that doesn't fit, has been shipped without all the parts ordered and the company doesn't answer questions via its website or e-mail. Solution requested: send a new strap that fits and is complete with all parts ordered.ENGLISH:Custom strap (EUR 360,-) does not fit, leather too thick for original cartier deployant, ordered deployant not received, company is not responding via website nor email. As such, terrible experience. Avoid. Requested solution. Send strap that actually fits, respond to communication and deliver all parts of the order.

Ostrich bracelet received in a plastic blister pack with an iphone shell as a gift. why this gift? i don't own an iphone. i would have preferred a fairer price for my bracelet and/or better packaging. This incongruous gift gives me a feeling of overpriced quality. And what can I say about the discounts on the iphone cases on the site from 550 to 75. Preposterous!

The product was shipped fast. The quality of the canvas bracelet is poor. I don't recommend

Hello, I bought 3 bracelets from ABP. I am delighted with them. I only put 3 stars because for the last one, I ordered a grey one and received a black one. I sent 2 messages and received no reply. The bracelets are great and the communication is a point of attention.

Received my bracelet much later than expected, and with the wrong buckle, ordered the one in PVD Pink Gold, and received the one in Gold instead, no what I wanted.

Leather quality is disappointing. ABP had accustomed us to much better!

Inadequate folding claspI regret that the folding clasp was not tested with the strap with which it was sold (strap too thick for the clasp). I am disappointed by the attitude of the seller, who seemed to think that I didn't know how to use a folding clasp; who offered an exchange when I asked for a refund. I am satisfied to have been refunded. What a waste of time, for them as well as for me!

ABP sent me the wrong size strap. I then had to print the return label, go to the postal office and send back the strap. I never got a confitmation of reception, or any message for that matter. I am still waiting for the right strap.ad on: had contact with ABP after all. They apologized, send the correct strap and added an aditional strap to make up for the inconvenience.

I ordered 4 straps, using their guidelines. Three are useless to me.The rubber strap wont fit the specific model I ordered it for. And the guidelines given to order their stretch fabric straps are erroneous as the ones I ordered were too small and don't fit me.When alerted, the company offered to exchange or refund but they expect me to send the items back to them overseas at my own cost.

Poor quality. Plastic, not real leather. The brown strap when worn its stretches and turn another color and looks like it will break soon.

Bracelet available in one length only, requiring an XL wrist. You can choose the width but not the length. A shame. Otherwise, tuner quality is top-notch.

I think the strap is a little too wide. It should have been a 19mm and not a strap between 18 and 20mm.

Reliable shop, occured an issue with the quality of an item, the manager under name Benoit fixed it with dignity and without any vaste of time-n-nerves, the new one item came very fast and really of much better quality. Both were after-market rubber straps to the watches, origins for sure from 3-rd side production.

It didn't feel too good because the request for a refund or replacement was unsuccessful, so give two stars

Quality is good and what I expected. I preferred their curved end Rolex Watch Strap but wanted it in Honey Brown. They claimed they no longer had that material in stock. Yet I could buy that same material without the curved end Rolex fit. Nice strap but it sure would have been nice to have gotten the curved end. Especially since they did in fact have the material.
