A bit slow but good quality products

Alligator nato made and shipped fast. That's the strong point. And it gives a real character to my Submariner. On the other hand, I'm a little disappointed because it's more matte than on the photo (I should have chosen glossy). From a distance, it looks like printed calfskin... We'll also have to wait and see how it holds up over time, as the skin is thin and the Nato imposes creases that may lead to cracking. We'll see. In any case, a unique product, as ordered. I'll certainly be ordering another bracelet from ABP in the future.

Quality products. This is the third watch strap that I have ordered and not disappointed with it, however, I have to ding you on the fact that you lost track of the original shipment and I needed to contact you to have it resolved, by sending a second strap.

It takes long time from order to delivery.

Poor stitching of NATO Strap in that, within one week, one of the stitches in the NATO Strap came undone and I had to Superglue it where the stitch came undone. Also, the Buckle is very thin. For a large watch 43mm, it appears flimsy in contrast to the watch. The customization was exactly as described and completed quickly which is why the review is two stars instead of one, but incredibly flimsy craftsmanship from an ostensibly higher end brand. Disappointed!!

Hi There, we loved your product the only thing is the watch strap gets dirty so quickly. What's the best way to clean it??

I had given ABP my wrist size in (mm) and I was uncertain between L or XL...my wrist size which was measured many times to make sure and is just under 8mm so I chose L, because of the variance in mm for sizes. When my blue denim alligator/croc? leather band came in for my Rolex datejust ll 41mm, the band was beautiful and high quality, but it was way to short. Had the band installed by my local jeweler on the watch, and had it extended as far as allowed, and it is so tight....I am hoping that it will give a little through wear.My recommendation when ordering from them is to just dictate your wrist size and leave it at that, and have them make the decision; my wrist size was in between L and XL, but now I know and it was costly.

The strap is terrific. BUT I also ordered spring bars which did not arrive and I am not receiving responses to my emails to rectify the problem

The product arrived late.

Happy with the product and customer service. Took a bit too long to be sent off, and there were some issues with the parcel being returned. Other than that great experience.

My only gripe is requiring a signature for delivery by the USPS. inevitably I'm not home at delivery and then must go to the post office where they have trouble locating your package.

- Poor information provided by the customer service and the website as the Rolex R Strap (rubber) doesn't really fit the aesthetics of Datejust 36 Ref.16233 (there's a gap between the bezel and the strap).

I bought a strap February the 4th.The strap was in stock so to receive it faster I paid for the FAST shipping 1-5 days.On February the 6. I got an email with a tracking number. 10 days later February 16th I received the strap! 12 days after I ordered and paid the strap.In the meantime I have sent 2 emails asking about what's going on! But NO REPLY.The strap quality is ok but the service sucks big time and I still haven't heard anything on why I have paid more for a fast shipment I didn't get ??????

Only part of my order was fulfilled. I ordered a black strap for my Rolex 214270 with a universal glide-lock clasp as I don't want to take my bracelet apart. However, only the strap arrived and no clasp in the package. So I now have to go through the hassle of returning everything and initiating a refund on my credit card. A very annoying and frustrating experience.

Great website, easy configuration of individual straps. Delivery time was many weeks. However, great products!

Bracelet delivered on time and well made. I was surprised by the color compared to the website. But I guess that's because of the light. Happy overall.

Order was shipped quickly. Packaging of products could be done a little better. I do understand that it helps keep costs down for the consumer. Asked a few questions through the email, however response was a little slow. Took 3 days to reply.

Hello,Unfortunately I bought my bracelets during a period with a promotional code, but not being aware of it, I paid the full price.When I asked for the discount to be granted, I didn't even get an answer.On the other hand, the products are of very good quality.

A little long in terms of lead time, but that's the price to pay for exceptional bracelets with a perfect finish. Having tested most high-end bracelet manufacturers, ABP really stands out: top quality.

Disappointing product, perfectible finish (badly distributed yellow paint).I'm not convinced that this product, an iphone XR shell fulfils its purpose, it seems too short at both ends of the device... A possible design flaw.

Answer time on e-mails is a little bit long sometimes. Asked for a picture of the complete hide- the configuration picture wasn't meaningful enough. Received some pictures of a great hide and ordered on this base- in the end I got a strap which was definitely different colour- nice too- but not what I ordered. I wrote a email to ask if they took the wrong hide- the answer was, that the colour on this specification changed some months ago!? So why did I get pictures of a hide/colour that wasn't nearly the same for months???

I ordered three classic alligator straps--one brown and two black. One of the black straps has a noticeably more glossy finish, and a different buckle (i.e. different buckle design that the other two straps, and different than shown on the ABP website).

I received a watch band that is too large. I have tried to contact Abp Concept 5 times via email and their Contact Us page on their site with no response. I have no idea how to get a response from ABP Concept to correct the situation. I have received an email, I am exchanging the product.

The strap configuration system and the choices are excellent. ...but the system never lets you order. Tried several times with different browsers, after the final step you end up on the home page with an empty cart and no order.I liked the strap I made, so I tried again and made a PDF with the configuration –no problem with the excellent tool. …and then I tried ordering by email. No reply. Tried again. No reply for days. Tried again, got some replies.... to make things short: It took another few days of waiting and asking for info before I got a nice reply and useful improvement to my design …blabla… same difficulties with the payment link Finally got payment done.No information on the status after the estimated delivery time was over a few days... request by email... no reaction... few days later: the strap arrived and I love it :) Final small disappointment is I never got the discount for registering on their page, which I did before my order. They somehow missed it too, when I asked for it by email – a little late after paying the full amount – you may guess it: no reply Note that I wrote in English, not French

Although it shipped quickly and looks good, I received a strap with incorrect size tension bar on one side. I mailed days ago for assistance in replacement and have received no response.

In the past I placed my orders in Paris - offline. Still today I am very happy with the "bespoke" leather straps. This time I tried your online shop with just some simple "perlon" straps, to give it a try, as I can´t travel to Paris so often. One strap is very nice, but the other one doesn´t match the size I asked for. It should have been 22mm but even on my biggest watch (23mm between horns) it doesn´t fit. Because of the (almost prohibitive if you consider it was inside Europe and just a small and light envelope) € 15,- shipping fee I already paid, me didn´t ask for any replacement … Will I try it again? Probably not if I find something more convenient

The site, the products and the service are of good quality...I would like more promotions on the Internet.

Very disappointed with this company, I ordered a strap according to my watch with curved end, and although they knew the model and the brand of my watch, the area of the case was very thick and rubbed, after telling them what happened, I only received an answer about it with a ridiculous discount for next purchases and never answered my emails anymore, I can only think of a huge lack of professionalism and the worst of all of respect and education towards the customer, nothing recommended.

Order received quickly, no problems, but not super quality bracelets.

Order placed on June 16 shipped on the 19th officially with a postal tracking that corresponds to nothing. Problem reported, I had to insist for more than 10 days to be heard. They are not the ones who prepare and ship but a partner....1 complaint has just been filed with the post officeFor 2 nato...(47). For me, business is, the customer has paid, the problem is with us, we deliver to the customer, and then we solve our problem internally. That's what I do with my customers.
