I placed a 1st order with them and then realized that I wanted to add other models. So I contacted customer service, who were very sympathetic and allowed me to complete my order (while the 1st was being prepared).the shipment took a little time because I asked to mount flash pumps, but it was worth the wait, the bracelets are very beautiful!
