Not much to say re service. My order acknowledgement advised 15-20 days to make the strap. It was about 20 working days until the strap was dispatched. I had no other communication with ABP Concept. The product itself was very impressive. And so it should be for the price. I would shop with ABP Concept again.

Straps were of really nice quality, however I ordered the oysterglide type clasp, and it was horrible. In fact, it seemed to be the exact crappy chinese one that I also bought on eBay for $15. Only problem is ABP sells them for $40. For a boutique luxury watch accessory shop, they should be providing higher quality after market clasps, or at least price them inline what everyone else charges for them. Mentioned this to customer service and no one responded to me, even after spending hundreds of dollars in the store.

I sent you a mail asking why the thickness was so small and you told me that the NATO strap has to be thin, I understood your explanation but I have to say that since the Big Pilot IWC is quite heavy, after a few day of use I see that the fixing hole is deforming. I am not an expert like you but I think that the strap for a watch like this should be more robust. I think it will be heavily damaged soon, and it's a pity for an expensive strap like this. I think you should use different thickness on different parts of the strap.

The service is perfect as well as the quality of the products delivered. The only problem I suffered is that the brillancy/shade of the strap colors seen freom the computer are very different from the real ones.I ordered a brillian sky blue strap and I received a dull pale blue instead. Good service, online order was treated fast. Though I got a notification that it would take up to 20 days to get delivered because it was a custom order, albeit it actually wasn't (I ordered standard pieces/nato-bracelet). But it was a mistake and the customer support answered quickly (<24h). On the "negative" side, they work with French Post and it was a bit a pain in the *** to get the parcel delivered. The street number on the address was wrong and it took several calls and even a 15km drive to the regional distribution center to get the address right. But I guess it's not ABP's fault.
