Everything ok

Hello, I bought 3 bracelets from ABP. I am delighted with them. I only put 3 stars because for the last one, I ordered a grey one and received a black one. I sent 2 messages and received no reply. The bracelets are great and the communication is a point of attention.

Great choice of fine products.Unfortunately the slowest website in the world. Takes 10 seconds to load each page. Seriously tempted to go shop somewhere else,

Inadequate folding claspI regret that the folding clasp was not tested with the strap with which it was sold (strap too thick for the clasp). I am disappointed by the attitude of the seller, who seemed to think that I didn't know how to use a folding clasp; who offered an exchange when I asked for a refund. I am satisfied to have been refunded. What a waste of time, for them as well as for me!

ABP sent me the wrong size strap. I then had to print the return label, go to the postal office and send back the strap. I never got a confitmation of reception, or any message for that matter. I am still waiting for the right strap.ad on: had contact with ABP after all. They apologized, send the correct strap and added an aditional strap to make up for the inconvenience.

I ordered 4 straps, using their guidelines. Three are useless to me.The rubber strap wont fit the specific model I ordered it for. And the guidelines given to order their stretch fabric straps are erroneous as the ones I ordered were too small and don't fit me.When alerted, the company offered to exchange or refund but they expect me to send the items back to them overseas at my own cost.

I think the strap is a little too wide. It should have been a 19mm and not a strap between 18 and 20mm.

mixed opinion... long waiting time to receive the order and disappointment the pumps were missing... it's not a big deal but...I probably should have called for more information in the first place.good point: the bracelet fully meets my expectations!

Reliable shop, occured an issue with the quality of an item, the manager under name Benoit fixed it with dignity and without any vaste of time-n-nerves, the new one item came very fast and really of much better quality. Both were after-market rubber straps to the watches, origins for sure from 3-rd side production.

Quality is good and what I expected. I preferred their curved end Rolex Watch Strap but wanted it in Honey Brown. They claimed they no longer had that material in stock. Yet I could buy that same material without the curved end Rolex fit. Nice strap but it sure would have been nice to have gotten the curved end. Especially since they did in fact have the material.

A very good product that fits my chronograph perfectly with the curved handles. Confirms the description. Only downside, the price, 3 times more expensive than the ëessentiel ' range which is already very well made. I recommend this seller for the quality of his products.

Good product but shipping cost is way too expensive (20€ for shipping from FR to BE).

The company makes very good quality straps both bespoke and ready made. Customer service is very responsive and efficient. The only negative is their local courier in Italy which is below standard. I would recommend a change if they can.

Good quality, would recommend. Only down side are outrageous shipping cost for country other than France! 40 euros for a 120g package from Paris, France to Lausanne, Switzerland!

As always, I appreciate the high quality of ABP products, as well as the logistics, which always work without a hitch. However, this time, I'm not giving it 5 stars, as I was confronted with an unexpected problem: given the thickness of the bracelet at the end, the pumps were too far back in relation to the holes provided.As a result, it was simply impossible to mount the bracelet on the watch (it's a Jaegger Lecoultre with very short lugs), so I had to cut off part of the end, but it's really not that great. Of course, this doesn't call into question the quality of the bracelet, but it might be a good idea to add this measure when ordering a made-to-measure bracelet.

Fast, compliant delivery. The ostrich strap seems to be of good quality (to be tested over time).1 small disappointment on the folding clasp, which is a little thick when closed under the wrist.

I did receive my bracelet quickly, but the packaging was not very good for a bracelet costing 200.00. As for the additional buckle, which was supposed to replace my original Rolex buckle, it is of inferior quality. So I kept my original folding clasp. Indeed your buckle is very hard to remove, I even broke a pin during this maneuver, which is very soft with the Rolex bracelet. I am disappointed with this purchase. Sincerely

Super quality bracelets but size too small compared to the size guide, too bad (I have to take 1 size up compared to what is recommended on the site).

Shipping & quality of the straps are good.

The order arrived in perfect condition and was exactly what I expected.

The products themselves are of excellent quality. On the other hand, the bracelets cannot be used because the inter-axis measurement was incorrect. I made the measurement myself, but I would have liked it to have been specified that it had to be increased by one or two millimeters to take account of the device.

Very good manufacture of watch straps, very serious after-sales service, the only reproach, hence my 4 stars and not 5, is that the catalog is not representative of stocks, often the strap you want is on the site but not in stock or in another color... Too bad!

Fast delivery of a compliant product: beautiful leather. Fabric bracelet superb and comfortable. Still the same problem with the chosen carrier: if you don't answer the phone, they don't deliver (no delivery attempt) and leave it at the post office. This greatly disrupts the quality of the shopping experience.

Great products, just wish they were a little less expensive.

Beautiful bands. High quality. I ordered 2 alligator bands. brown for a grand seiko snowflake and black for a jaeger lecoultre master control calendar. Only issue is the black does not fit my jlc master control. I filled out the form stating the watch with reference number. It needs a curved band. The black will work for my snowflake and I ordered a strap from jlc.

Very good service, fast delivery. Just a small tear on the leather, but on the inside of the bracelet, so invisible when worn.

The leather work was great! However, the one of the spring bars was not 18mm. It was like 17.5mm. Because of it, it didn't secure properly to the watch.

the company is French and all e-mails are in English... Please personalize your exchanges at least with French-speaking customers and be proud of your language! I'm disappointed by the quality of the bracelet, I expected better, the croc seems extremely thin in places and about to tear between the scales, I think the life of the bracelet will be very short On the other hand I expected a bracelet thicker and padded like breitling bracelets too bad

Good replacement bracelet for my moonwatch, at a slightly lower price than Omega's and for a similar perceived quality. We'll see if it lasts longer than the 3 years of the one it replaces,
