Good value, good quality strap as described. Delivered quickly. 4 stars only because of sizing guide. If you have a small wrist, check sizing carefully before ordering. I ordered Medium according to the guide but I now believe that Small would have been much better for me.

after 1 month I contacted them to find out the status of my order, but they ignored me! A few days later I received my order, but it didn't conform... On the other hand, the after-sales service immediately took my problem into account, and now I'm waiting for my bracelet (320 all the same). Hoping for the best for the future....

Leather products of very good quality and excellent finish (Apple Watch leather strap and iPhone case with double card case).4 stars instead of 5 because:1/ Delivery time exceeded (long waiting time). Follow-up carried out. 2/ Two spots of glue left on the iPhone case, which I had to remove myself using a specific product + the quality of the leather on the double card case was "second-rate" (thinner and "blackened"). Too bad

very nice product, good quality, it's a shame that, as usual, order tracking is a bit whimsical: I asked for a case for Iphone 13 and I received a case for Iphone 13 ProThis doesn't interfere with use, but the camera window is too large by at least 1cm, which isn't necessarily very aesthetic....(mine has only 2 lenses, the Pro has 3)I could have sent it back, but I was afraid of the delays, sometimes interminable.

The colour of the medium brown strap does not resemble the photo, it is darker without any hint of orange hue.

A blue alligator strap, very beautiful and very well made. Almost nothing missing. Just a centimeter or two on the longer length to use the two loops. Right now, I'm just closing the bracelet and I've got a loop that's useless. Other than that, all clear. Fast, well-packaged delivery.

The work on the bracelets is quite well done. However, the service is not up to scratch. Delivery times not respected, no information, the parcel goes through Switzerland, Germany then Belgium to deliver the north of France! 30-day delivery for products in stock? I bought other ostrich bracelets in the same collection on an English website. 2 times cheaper and the same quality as ABP! 10-day deliveryWhat do you think?

The pin buckle is aesthetically perfect, very similar to the original, except for the metal pin that fits into the bracelet, which can be improved: a little too thin and, above all, the wrong bore, as the screw turns wildly and doesn't lock into the buckle. I hope it doesn't come loose.

The manufacture of both my watch bands took a little longer then expected and the clasp on one of them was of a very poor quality. I think the expectations were, on the side of the manufacturer, that you replace the clasp on the band with the original of the watch. Unfortunately for me the original reason why I replaced the bracelet for a strap was to protect the original bracelet and to get a different feel. So I was forced to order an aftermarket clasp. The quality of the leather on the straps was excellent but that one clasp was so stiff it made it unusable until I ordered a different one aftermarket.

It's my second strap order with ABP, the 1st order was processed previously seamlessly and without issues. But this second order made in early May 2021 took 1 month to deliver (understandable due to Covid), however they got the strap width wrong and I sent back immediately. **Update the correct strap was finally sent after I managed to reach them on WhatsApp. I have to say the strap is still of the same high quality as before and well-worth the wait. ABP may be too swarmed at this moment but they are definitely not a scam.

I ordered a strap along with a steel-finished folding clasp. At first, I received only the strap, of which the quality is very good, but not the clasp. I sent emails to inquire about this, but there was no response after a few days; I had to make an international phone call to request for the missing clasp. Yet, the clasp that arrived was of a wrong colour -- yellow gold! I sent another email regarding this 2 weeks ago but there was no response again. I wonder if they ever read the customers' emails.Additional notes:Not having been informed, I received the correct steel clasp a few days later. Problem solved!

First purchase was handled quickly. Second purchase was slower than expected. When I emailed them, a response came that they just shipped it. But, the shipping notification from DHL did not arrive for another two days. Their alligator straps are good quality for the relatively low price.

Leather strap was hand made very good and customer service was polite. Just needed to be a bit more clear on dispatch and delivery and I ask for some assistance on fitting the strap but I got no reply. I was compensated with an extra tool peace for the delay which I was very thank ful for.

Order took a fairly long time to fulfil - around 5 weeks from ordering to delivery.The goods arrived in good condition although the watch strap I had ordered was noticeably thinner than the strap currently on the watch and for the price paid I would expect a thicker, more substantial feel. The quality of the leather appears to be good though and the strap is well made otherwise. The buckle ordered had been fitted to the strap which was good as it saved me fitting it myself.
