Very useful website to define a made-to-measure watchband. The result corresponds to my expectations.

Artisans will answer phones and walk you through process. They also pay close attention to catching mistakes in ordering custom straps.

A little long in terms of lead time, but that's the price to pay for exceptional bracelets with a perfect finish. Having tested most high-end bracelet manufacturers, ABP really stands out: top quality.

Quality of the leather, choice of options, compliance with order specifications, delivery times and communication: everything was right for this first order. Admittedly, quality comes at a price, but as with B***tta's latest model, "price is forgotten, quality remains". If durability is anything to go by, I'm going to need new watches to be able to come back more regularly. I highly recommend it.

I designed a new watchband for a vintage watch that did not conform to the standard measurements of today's watch bands and used ABP Concept's website to go step by step and design a band that fit the odd-sized lugs on my watch. Once it arrived, it was exactly as I had ordered and was perfect in all ways. I'd do the same thing again with them when the time comes.

The leather is soft and is molding nicely to my wrist. The clasp is good quality as well. I love how the leather is black on the inside as well. It looks beautiful on my Datejust

The strap configuration system and the choices are excellent. ...but the system never lets you order. Tried several times with different browsers, after the final step you end up on the home page with an empty cart and no order.I liked the strap I made, so I tried again and made a PDF with the configuration –no problem with the excellent tool. …and then I tried ordering by email. No reply. Tried again. No reply for days. Tried again, got some replies.... to make things short: It took another few days of waiting and asking for info before I got a nice reply and useful improvement to my design …blabla… same difficulties with the payment link Finally got payment done.No information on the status after the estimated delivery time was over a few days... request by email... no reaction... few days later: the strap arrived and I love it :) Final small disappointment is I never got the discount for registering on their page, which I did before my order. They somehow missed it too, when I asked for it by email – a little late after paying the full amount – you may guess it: no reply Note that I wrote in English, not French

ABP Concept provided me with a wonderfully unique bespoke ostrich leather strap that was perfect for my Santos 100. Unlike many other bespoke strap makers ABP Concept were able to provide the Cartier Santos 100 OEM components to ensure the perfect fit for my strap.

The site, the products and the service are of good quality...I would like more promotions on the Internet.

Expensive and no discount on purchase on further straps. ABP we would like rebate on further strap. For instance we would order one conservative and one more modern design colors/sport
