High-quality product, only slight complaint: the blue color is darker in real life than in the photos.

Serious, fast delivery, good communication, nothing to say. However, I was a little disappointed by the quality of the Tropic bracelet I received.

All is perfect, just the delivery time is a little too long.

First of all, ABP sent me the wrong belt which cost 1/6 of the price I paid. Once returned, they sent me the correct belt but forgot to send me the Hermes buckle. I had to return the belt because of ill-fitting size at my own cost. After a 1 week wait, ABP finally sent me the correct belt and buckle. The quality of the material and artisanship are some way off the quality of the luxury brand. Hence the 4 stars. Customer service though courteous but a bit less than competence.

I've placed several orders (watchbands and belts). The materials are noble and of quality, the shipping fast for items in stock and the prices attractive. I decided to order a made-to-measure watchband. The order and manufacture were taken quickly, but the result is well below the usual production.

Delivery ok, nothing to complain about.

Great choice of fine products.Unfortunately the slowest website in the world. Takes 10 seconds to load each page. Seriously tempted to go shop somewhere else,

ABP sent me the wrong size strap. I then had to print the return label, go to the postal office and send back the strap. I never got a confitmation of reception, or any message for that matter. I am still waiting for the right strap.ad on: had contact with ABP after all. They apologized, send the correct strap and added an aditional strap to make up for the inconvenience.

Reliable shop, occured an issue with the quality of an item, the manager under name Benoit fixed it with dignity and without any vaste of time-n-nerves, the new one item came very fast and really of much better quality. Both were after-market rubber straps to the watches, origins for sure from 3-rd side production.

A very good product that fits my chronograph perfectly with the curved handles. Confirms the description. Only downside, the price, 3 times more expensive than the ëessentiel ' range which is already very well made. I recommend this seller for the quality of his products.

Good product but shipping cost is way too expensive (20€ for shipping from FR to BE).

The company makes very good quality straps both bespoke and ready made. Customer service is very responsive and efficient. The only negative is their local courier in Italy which is below standard. I would recommend a change if they can.

Good quality, would recommend. Only down side are outrageous shipping cost for country other than France! 40 euros for a 120g package from Paris, France to Lausanne, Switzerland!

As always, I appreciate the high quality of ABP products, as well as the logistics, which always work without a hitch. However, this time, I'm not giving it 5 stars, as I was confronted with an unexpected problem: given the thickness of the bracelet at the end, the pumps were too far back in relation to the holes provided.As a result, it was simply impossible to mount the bracelet on the watch (it's a Jaegger Lecoultre with very short lugs), so I had to cut off part of the end, but it's really not that great. Of course, this doesn't call into question the quality of the bracelet, but it might be a good idea to add this measure when ordering a made-to-measure bracelet.

Fast, compliant delivery. The ostrich strap seems to be of good quality (to be tested over time).1 small disappointment on the folding clasp, which is a little thick when closed under the wrist.

Very good manufacture of watch straps, very serious after-sales service, the only reproach, hence my 4 stars and not 5, is that the catalog is not representative of stocks, often the strap you want is on the site but not in stock or in another color... Too bad!

Fast delivery of a compliant product: beautiful leather. Fabric bracelet superb and comfortable. Still the same problem with the chosen carrier: if you don't answer the phone, they don't deliver (no delivery attempt) and leave it at the post office. This greatly disrupts the quality of the shopping experience.

Everything went well with the delivery and the product (the iPhone 13 Pro alligator shell), but it's on 3.12.22 that we'll see the enchantment ...!

Beautiful bands. High quality. I ordered 2 alligator bands. brown for a grand seiko snowflake and black for a jaeger lecoultre master control calendar. Only issue is the black does not fit my jlc master control. I filled out the form stating the watch with reference number. It needs a curved band. The black will work for my snowflake and I ordered a strap from jlc.

Very good service, fast delivery. Just a small tear on the leather, but on the inside of the bracelet, so invisible when worn.

Good replacement bracelet for my moonwatch, at a slightly lower price than Omega's and for a similar perceived quality. We'll see if it lasts longer than the 3 years of the one it replaces,

Good value, good quality strap as described. Delivered quickly. 4 stars only because of sizing guide. If you have a small wrist, check sizing carefully before ordering. I ordered Medium according to the guide but I now believe that Small would have been much better for me.

Leather products of very good quality and excellent finish (Apple Watch leather strap and iPhone case with double card case).4 stars instead of 5 because:1/ Delivery time exceeded (long waiting time). Follow-up carried out. 2/ Two spots of glue left on the iPhone case, which I had to remove myself using a specific product + the quality of the leather on the double card case was "second-rate" (thinner and "blackened"). Too bad

very nice product, good quality, it's a shame that, as usual, order tracking is a bit whimsical: I asked for a case for Iphone 13 and I received a case for Iphone 13 ProThis doesn't interfere with use, but the camera window is too large by at least 1cm, which isn't necessarily very aesthetic....(mine has only 2 lenses, the Pro has 3)I could have sent it back, but I was afraid of the delays, sometimes interminable.
