Order was shipped quickly. Packaging of products could be done a little better. I do understand that it helps keep costs down for the consumer. Asked a few questions through the email, however response was a little slow. Took 3 days to reply.

The strap configuration system and the choices are excellent. ...but the system never lets you order. Tried several times with different browsers, after the final step you end up on the home page with an empty cart and no order.I liked the strap I made, so I tried again and made a PDF with the configuration no problem with the excellent tool. and then I tried ordering by email. No reply. Tried again. No reply for days. Tried again, got some replies.... to make things short: It took another few days of waiting and asking for info before I got a nice reply and useful improvement to my design blabla same difficulties with the payment link Finally got payment done.No information on the status after the estimated delivery time was over a few days... request by email... no reaction... few days later: the strap arrived and I love it :) Final small disappointment is I never got the discount for registering on their page, which I did before my order. They somehow missed it too, when I asked for it by email a little late after paying the full amount you may guess it: no reply Note that I wrote in English, not French

The quality of the strap is great and delivery to Australia was quicker than expected. The only slight disapppintment was how rough the aged leather strap was. I chose the dark brown aged leather watch strap which turned out to be much lighter coloured when delivered. Perhaps this will darken over time. The texture of the leather was also quite rough, like nubuck. The website gallery mentions vintage leather which is what I had hoped for but this wasn't an option on the custom list of leathers to choose from. Overall, I'm happy with my custom strap and I think the leather will age to become the colour and finish I wished for from the start.

Very good products and efficient customer service. A commercial gesture was agreed following an extended delivery time. Modulo... that it was impossible for me to take advantage of it, as the instructions given were really unclear.
