The payment methods are very limited considering that nowadays customers have broader options. For example Paypal, not only Apple Pay or directly with credit card. The delivery time is just unbelievably long. For a 699€ order not using express shipping is very frustrating. Why? Cause the invoice date (for warranty purposes) looses 10 to 14 days from its purchasing date. Basically I just give away 2 week of warranty time for free. And if a warranty case comes up, send it and receiving the device again, would definitely take several weeks as well.
Colour does not match picture and no reply to e-mail.

Stunning quality and service
I have six orders with several different strap materials and colors under each order - I believe I can state with confidence that ABP is one of the best places to conveniently purchase quality watch straps and peripherals. I like collecting straps as if they were Pokèmon, one of each, and each unique, and all of the ones that I've received from ABP thus far are beautifully made. Even the ones that happen to have slight imperfections were perfectly imperfect, adding to the charm and uniqueness of the strap. These days, having something you know is crafted expertly by a human with skills in their field is just priceless; a true work of art.
Watch revised as planned, it works very well now. I would have liked to find it with the correct day date setting. However, I am very disappointed with the cleaning of the case bracelet that was charged to me. I had to clean it myself. I think this step was overlooked but still charged...

Very good value for money
Certainly a prestigious workshop at one time but I was extremely disappointed by the welcome and the commercial exchange. This was true both during my phone exchanges and when I visited in person. As for the making of the bracelet, the work is clean but very much overpriced. I do not recommend at all.
I didn’t know I would be charged 85 for duty - has I know. I would never have purchased the watch

The best genuine leather watch straps!
The strap holes are misaligned and caused my pins to bend and strip the thread. Will not bother with their rubber AP straps again
