Its a aliexpress 15 dollares strap, ABP Definetely sells high quality straps but not this unbranded ones (guess for a reason)

Clearly this is no longer the workshop I once knew.the saleswoman got bogged down in her own jargon to make me a bracelet that doesn't give me satisfaction and doesn't resemble the one that could suit my watch.customer satisfaction is not one of this boutique's concerns.I strongly advise against it.
If you don't want to deal with disappointment and frustration due to an undelivered item that was marked as delivered, and receive no assistance from this watch company, it's best to avoid making any purchases from them. The customer service is unsatisfactory, and I suspect discriminatory behavior, especially towards foreign individuals. My strap never arrived, complained the next day because I thought I would find it in a safe spot or my neighbors but nothing was found.
For those looking for appearance over quality, you've come to the right site. After 2 months' use on a high-end watch, the leather ran off, and after-sales service offered to send the bracelet back so they could glue it back on, but this is like putting a patch on a wooden leg.

Impossible to set up the bangle , I went to my jewelery service and they cannot fix it , then they ask to another Rolex retailer and again not possible to fix it . Thank you for you reply . AFG .

Nice picture in the internet but the quality is terrible ,I ordered a case for iPhone 14 max plus and a strap for a Cartier. The quality of the products was above all criticism. I had to pay to return the products. The watch strap was redone but on the label it was written that the leather is embrosses and the value is 50. I paid 197 for the watch strap. I consulted the Cartier company representative and a watch dealer in Helsinki and they both told me that they are not sure it's crocodile skin. This experience cost me 25 and a waste of time. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

Have ordered twice from this retailer. My first order took a very long time to get to me. Customer service kept stalling in their communication on order and delivery status. The second order took just as long and I was disappointed with what I received after having to wait for it. I was expecting a tan brown leather strap (as shown in the pictures on the website) not a dark brown one, which is what I received. Still waiting to hear from retailer on return/ exchange policy.
Bad experience with this purchase. Product received incomplete and defective. In addition, the after-sales service is complicated to contact and I am waiting for their return.
Very very bad experience
After ordering a stock bracelet with the option of interchangeable pumps. After only a few days, the bracelet tore right at the notch made by Abp. Their response to this problem is simply that I should buy another one with a discount because the bracelet has been worn! An unacceptable response that doesn't even take into account the obligation to deliver a quality product with a minimum of reliability.

I received the wrong product (again). Had ship it back to ABP in order to receive the correct product. It has been 2 weeks since I returned it, and I still did not hear anything from ABP.Great straps, horrible customer service
Ordered on December 10, 2023, I still don't have my deployant buckle. The reason is an error in the address written on the package sent (although the address on the invoice I received is the right one) and therefore returned to the company. I now have to wait for the parcel to be returned to them. In any case, I'm glad it's not a Christmas present!!!! I'm sure I won't be ordering from them again.
I bought two straps. A year ago I bought the same strap and I love it. Reason to buy two the same straps again. The new straps have a colour I don't like and the size differs from the one I bought a year ago, so I have send the straps back to Paris. ABP is willing to make two new straps, but I am afraid it is gonna take a long time before I have two new straps. I have paid more than 400 euro for straps and to send them back and I don't know when I have the new straps. So I wait and see what will happen

Far from a premium experience.It is striking to me that an artisan asks you to pay items worth just below the price range of Hermès but with a shipping service that is neither reliable, nor efficient.I have been waiting all in all over a month now for a leather Arceau bracelet. The atelier takes up to 2 weeks to prepare and finalize the bracelet, prior to handing it over to Colissimo (French postal and shipping services) which took so far over 20 days to first send the package through the wrong channel, and while trying it for the second luck, shipping it to La Martinique (French Dom Tom island).Fun fact I live in Denmark... !The only star remain for Clémence who is taking care of the client relations and who tried to follow up on the situation.Not worth the hustle.
