The quality is on point nothing to say about it but be careful when following the bracelet size instructions on the site, for wrist width I have no elasticity at all so here I am with unusable and unsellable bracelets.
The product looks like what I ordered (the pouch), but the problem is that there was no watch holder in the two pouches, as indicated on the website. After sending an email to report the issue, I received a quick response telling me that they would send me what was missing.
Bracelet of very good quality but 15 days delay between order and receipt which is huge.
Simple ordering process, delivery including tracking ID within around ten days. Unfortunately, the quality of workmanship was not in line with the price, even a reshipment did not bring real satisfaction, so the bracelet was returned (unfortunately at my own expense of €20), refund of the purchase price without any problems.
I confirm that the order matches my order. However, the automatic pumps are a disaster. It is better to deliver the bracelets with standard pumps that are much more durable. I actually removed the pumps you delivered with the bracelet and installed standard pumps, and I was finally able to install the bracelet on my watch…
I emailed Abp since I received my order but 2 spring clips were bent and the band did not come with the spring to hook band to deployment claps it came with. Awaiting a response still hoping it can be corrected since I have ordered about 5 straps for my watches from abp over the years with no issues.
Fairly average off the shelf strap and clasp. Not worth the premium buying from here.Similar ones can be got much cheaper from well known online stores. I suspect their custom stuff is very good but this was average. Delivery was quick but expensive.
It’s ridiculous that I have to pay so much to shop a watch strap to Canada. The strap arrive very quickly (a few days); however, I don’t need it to arrive that quickly. Use a standard envelope & stamp and let it arrived in two weeks. Free shipping over €300 is also not ideal. Please work on the shipping costs / otherwise you have lost me as a customer.
I purchased the Rolex Pepsi and Rolex Batman matching bracelets to match my watches. The shipping was fast and easy. However, the bracelets are very, but what i mean very small. These things are tiny. I have a 6.5 inch wrist and they still looked small. All the bracelets look nice but just beware they are tiny.
Unresponsive customer service, uncomfortable Breitling clasp & leather dye that is already coming loose… would not recommend. Leather itself is of sufficient quality though.

The strap is of decent quality but arrived in a plastic sleeve with absolutely no instructions for how to install it on the watch (which included cutting the strap). There LOTS of rubber straps available online and this one did not seem to be very good value for the cost.
I love the look of the strap although the fit is somewhat average and I think it’s overpriced. For that price I expected a tight fit secure fit. Disappointed
Nice bracelet, but 2 negative points :- ordered a bracelet between 18.5 and 20.5 cm. Arrived much too big. I had to cut holes in it,- the buckle was supposed to look like a Hermès buckle, but a simple one was used.

I have ordered the leather strap with the correct measurements. The strap came back smaller than it supposed to be imo. It's well made but it's a bit small for me.
Happy and satisfied with the product but extremely disappointed by the packaging, a simple little plastic bag, nothing more, imagine if I was making a gift for someone! It would be nice to ship the bracelet in a cloth pouch at the very least, especially since the items we buy from you come at a certain cost.

I have no complaints about the speed of delivery. On the other hand, the product ordered doesn't fit the watch case very well, given that this bracelet is specific to the watch. In short, 30 euros for nothing.
The bracelet, sold to be compatible with the Panerai model I own, can only be installed directly on the bars, and does not allow the original cylinders normally between the bars and the bracelet to remain in place, protecting the former from deformation and allowing the latter to rotate very freely.

One Strap is 0,5mm to small and the Color of the other one is Not as aspected.

One of the quick release did not open properly and I tried harder, unfortunately it's broken.
Shipment is now over three weeks with no definitive delivery date provided after 3 inquiries. According to the status it shows US Customs reviewing the shipment for over two weeks. Does your US representative have any clue as to how long this requires to be cleared?
Das Uhrenarmband ist sehr solide verarbeitet und entspricht den masslichen Vorgaben. Leider entspricht die farbliche Gestaltung nicht dem im Internet gezeigten Beispiel.
Ordering and delivery service has been great but the quality of the craftmanship and fitment has been getting less satisfactory. One-size-fit-all quick-release pins are short and small no matter how wide the lugs are. The holes on the straps were made too big for the pins so that the pins fell off easily.

Custom bracelets are expensive but of excellent quality. But the system for requesting a quote is complicated and not necessarily consistent with certain brands. The only advice is to send a drawing of an existing model to avoid mistakes.
No pumps included. A shame, considering the price
The brown is really dark, almost black. The welcome at the Lyon store when picking up the parcel is far from perfect, and nothing like that at the Paris store.
I really like the fact that there's such an alternative to rollex expensive products.But the one I received was not well painted. Something got wrong in the quality chain.
I was looking for a yellow leather item and ordered it from this site because it was advertised as being available. Had I known, I wouldn't have placed the order, but customer service was responsive and friendly.

The complaint concerns order no. 30229, a custom-made alligator strap for 360 euros to be made for a Cartier watch.I received the order incomplete, as the folding buckle ordered was missing. Furthermore, when I had the strap fitted by my watchmaker jeweler, it turned out that it didn't fit. The leather is too thick to pass through the original Cartier folding clasp. Not only did the watchmaker indicate that the leather was too thick, but also that the two parts of the strap were not of equal thickness. One part of the strap is thinner than the other. So far, the company has delivered a custom-made strap that doesn't fit, has been shipped without all the parts ordered and the company doesn't answer questions via its website or e-mail. Solution requested: send a new strap that fits and is complete with all parts ordered.ENGLISH:Custom strap (EUR 360,-) does not fit, leather too thick for original cartier deployant, ordered deployant not received, company is not responding via website nor email. As such, terrible experience. Avoid. Requested solution. Send strap that actually fits, respond to communication and deliver all parts of the order.
