Diana was particularly helpful. I had to return a strap not due to an ABP error, but Diana worked tirelessly to help me have it returned and purchase another strap that suited my rolex model.

I ordered a couple of leather bracelets for one of my watch during the summer. I received them in a very short delay with a very good follow up. Then once the box opened, I was amazed by the quality which is outstanding and on top of that, they got some features for quick and easy changes. I'm looking forward to visit them soon in Paris and make some made to measure pieces ! If you want a bracelet, this is the place to go !

Hello,The bracelets are of good quality and the prices are justified. My order was missing an item and the team sent it back to me very quickly. The only thing I regret is the lack of communication on their part because following my message I had no return other than an automatic email sending the order. The human side needs to be improved.
