I just picked up a Vulcain Cricket, entrusted to ABP for revision and replacement of the alarm push button. The one that was installed is not the same as the original. I now have a watch that looks like a non-compliant copy of the original. This was done without asking for my opinion, and more sadly, without informing me during the return. Perhaps they thought I wouldn't notice anything. Until today, I was a very, very satisfied customer of ABP, whom I recommended just two days ago during a discussion with colleagues, or last week with Japanese friends. If I had known...
