2nd time in a row terrible problems , zero communication , avoid at all costs.1st time , they do not include a invoice inside the envelope with dhl ( i have physically checked)so despite paying express shipping it stays 10 days stuck.After this the customs bill (I am in NYC) is 231.30 dollars.First time they refuse to fix or cover and it takes an additional 45 days for it to get to me as they ship back and return.This time I foolishly spent 400 dollars with them on a strap and rest assured same problem as before , with same delays ,and nothing on envelope.This time zero communication for a week and i foolishly paid the 231.30 dollar customs bill just to finish this relationship with them once in for all. I offered covering 50/50 , for them to fix it but nope.Very very amateur operation in terms of shipping and completing an order, terrible delayed and elitist communication. My network has a very large reach in the watch world , rest assured my experience in it's full detail , and how patient i have been , writing multiple emails will all be shared so they do not get any repeating business from thousands of people i know.

The built did not fit
The thickness of the bracelet is too small, which is not compatible with the watch. However, it seemed to me that the model was mentioned for this bracelet on the site. So I won't be able to use it.
I never received the wristwatch
Never received my package never received a response to my inquiries about the package not arriving I will be filing a charge back.
The strap sent was the wrong size & not the same colour as depicted on your site. Also the holes were out of alignment with the deployment clasp. Finally, you failed to respond to my messages.I will not deal with you again
I ordered a watch bracelet from ABP costing about US$220. Before it was delivered, their carrier, DHL, demanded US$45 in customs duty, which I paid. A month after I received the bracelet, DHL demanded an additional US$203 for customs. DHL is threatening to ruin my credit, but they refuse to provide documentation for the duty owed. I presented this situation to customer service at ABP who replied that "this is outrageous" and promised to look into the matter and "do something to make it right." That was a month and a half ago and I never heard another word from ABP. If ABP continues to use DHL as their carrier, the lest they can do is stand up for their customers and follow through on their promises of customer service.For ABP's purposes, this event is regarding order #28076 and refers to their email from Diana to me dated 5 July 2023.
I ordered a bracelet for a BR watch, on receipt the bracelet was far from the description in terms of compatibility and quality, ABP moreover acknowledged this in a reply email, I sent the bracelet back, ABP took 10 days to make the refund and refused to pay the return postage (2.75). I would even say that they tried to get me to send it back by ordinary mail, so they could have invoked non-receipt to simply avoid the refund! never again from them!
I received a completely different strap from the one I ordered. No one in the company wants to talk about the complaint.

The strap I ordered was supposed to have interchangeable spring bars and the strap I received did not. I double checked my order to make sure I had indeed ordered interchangeable spring bars and I had. I then sent an email explaining the mistake. I received a response from ABP Concept a week later denying that they had made a mistake and offering no resolution to the problem. Will not do business with this company again as they have no idea what quality customer service should be.
I still do not have my watch straps. They appear stuck in customs and no one from ABP has reached out to me to provide any updates.
No CITES paperwork from a recent order, held in US customs for three weeks and returned to ABP. Three attempts at contacting ABP to fix the issue and no one contacted me. Called VISA to refund charges.Never again as a customer.
Very old customer. This is the last time I will be ordering from ABP. The bracelet I received is worthy of a 30 bracelet bought on Amazon.prices are becoming stratospheric.it is now indecent.and globally where before "everything was possible", everything is now becoming exhorbitant when it is not "impossible". I recommend other manufacturers in the area who have kept their feet on the ground! George L.
They have responded to a couple of my emails but still refuse to do anything about assuring I get the watch bracelet for which I paid ABP a good deal of money.
I ordered two rubber-type bracelets for my Sky-Dweller "to test" (180 euros anyway) they indicate compatibility with this model of watch on the page. As a result, the bracelet doesn't fit the watch, nor the buckle supplied with it (which is of mediocre quality, by the way), nor my Rolex deployant. I'm not going to waste two hours on the phone and in the post for this amount, but at least you know, trash 30 minutes after unpacking, to be avoided.

The Cordura Type fabric watch bands I ordered are far too stiff and uncomfortable.
I bought a rubber strap for my Panerai, it was in silicone and was one millimetre thick, it broke after an hour of use. At the price it is sold it is absolutely deplorable to have such quality, ABP never again.

Prohibitive postal cost and not only delivered at my home. I bought a 15 euros bracelet and realised the delivery wads 28 euros or so !!!! and i was not even delivered at home, i had to go to a relay point despite the right address... so obviously not a great experience.
Sold a strap with clasp showing Rolex fittings but when it arrived was blank fittings and no way to contact them
A expensive veal strap at 375,00 which was delivered with a fire stain, still usable but I expected a better quality control from ABP.
I ordered a grey strap and it came in dark green. They told me their grey is green and it was my mistake for ordering it. They would refund.
The strap is not compatible with the omega seamaster 300. I have sent a mail regarding this to return my order, however nobody is replying. Will try to give a call somehow, bit if no solution, I will need to open a litigation for this.However the strap quality is very nice for the price. If it would have fit the watch, definitely it would have been a very good one!
Very bad quality. Be carefully using this strap for your high value watches.I bought a rubber strap from ABP Concept to my Omega Seamaster watch. Unfortunately the strap did broke after 2 month and my watch falled directly to the street. I now need to have my watch checked by an Omega dealer. Hopefully everything are fine.
Geen indexatie van mijn gedeeld pensioen. Op alle papieren staat indexatie wordt door berekend.In 1990 officiële scheiding. ABP betaalt mijn gedeelde pensioen uit.Nu krijg ik geen indexatie erbij.De een zegt u had allang een hoger moeten krijgen. Weer een andere zegt niet, want er is een wet gekomen in 2016, dat ik 2.39% niet krijg. Mijn ex wel.Hoe kan dat, sta je jaren lang stil, en dan krijg je helemaal niets erbij. Wie helpt dit te verduidelijken.
Very disappointed with the bracelet; simple thickness, low quality, even very low quality for 45...We make good margins in this store...I don't recommend and I won't recommend again.
Haven't received the custom strap that I ordered and nobody is returning my emails.*edit* I finally received an email reply. My strap was lost in the post, so a new strap was made and sent via a different courier. I still don't feel the strap stitching quality/consistency/neatness is high enough for this price of watch strap, but I shall accept this and move on.

Absolutely dreadful. A crocodile watch strap I purchased fell apart after about three weeks (it cost c. £250!)When I explained this to them (with a picture), their response was they could do nothing because it was past their own 15 day limited guarantee. What a shambolic service - no pride at all in their product.I have returned it and am awaiting a full refund. Given their awful attitude - I am expectant of having to take them to a local small claims court. What a terrible experience for a what is claimed to be a premium product.Avoid at all costs.

To little disaponted, For this model of Rubber B bracelet there is no possibility to choose the size... and the bracelet closes certainly but is a little short.It looks to my taste a little unsuccessful for a Rolex ....Voila...Thank you for your answer: "it is a buckle version therefore standard size for wrist size 14 cm - 21 cm.
