Ostrich bracelet received in a plastic blister pack with an iphone shell as a gift. why this gift? i don't own an iphone. i would have preferred a fairer price for my bracelet and/or better packaging. This incongruous gift gives me a feeling of overpriced quality. And what can I say about the discounts on the iphone cases on the site from 550 to 75. Preposterous!

Hello, I bought 3 bracelets from ABP. I am delighted with them. I only put 3 stars because for the last one, I ordered a grey one and received a black one. I sent 2 messages and received no reply. The bracelets are great and the communication is a point of attention.
Received my bracelet much later than expected, and with the wrong buckle, ordered the one in PVD Pink Gold, and received the one in Gold instead, no what I wanted.
Leather quality is disappointing. ABP had accustomed us to much better!
Inadequate folding claspI regret that the folding clasp was not tested with the strap with which it was sold (strap too thick for the clasp). I am disappointed by the attitude of the seller, who seemed to think that I didn't know how to use a folding clasp; who offered an exchange when I asked for a refund. I am satisfied to have been refunded. What a waste of time, for them as well as for me!
I ordered 4 straps, using their guidelines. Three are useless to me.The rubber strap wont fit the specific model I ordered it for. And the guidelines given to order their stretch fabric straps are erroneous as the ones I ordered were too small and don't fit me.When alerted, the company offered to exchange or refund but they expect me to send the items back to them overseas at my own cost.
Poor quality. Plastic, not real leather. The brown strap when worn its stretches and turn another color and looks like it will break soon.
Bracelet available in one length only, requiring an XL wrist. You can choose the width but not the length. A shame. Otherwise, tuner quality is top-notch.
I think the strap is a little too wide. It should have been a 19mm and not a strap between 18 and 20mm.
Mixed opinion... long waiting time to receive the order and disappointment the pumps were missing... it's not a big deal but...I probably should have called for more information in the first place.good point: the bracelet fully meets my expectations!

Quality is good and what I expected. I preferred their curved end Rolex Watch Strap but wanted it in Honey Brown. They claimed they no longer had that material in stock. Yet I could buy that same material without the curved end Rolex fit. Nice strap but it sure would have been nice to have gotten the curved end. Especially since they did in fact have the material.
I did receive my bracelet quickly, but the packaging was not very good for a bracelet costing 200.00. As for the additional buckle, which was supposed to replace my original Rolex buckle, it is of inferior quality. So I kept my original folding clasp. Indeed your buckle is very hard to remove, I even broke a pin during this maneuver, which is very soft with the Rolex bracelet. I am disappointed with this purchase. Sincerely
Super quality bracelets but size too small compared to the size guide, too bad (I have to take 1 size up compared to what is recommended on the site).
I changed the product because of a problem with the topstitching. The same problem occurred on the new product after a week. There's a design problem!
The products themselves are of excellent quality. On the other hand, the bracelets cannot be used because the inter-axis measurement was incorrect. I made the measurement myself, but I would have liked it to have been specified that it had to be increased by one or two millimeters to take account of the device.

By the way, a serious and well-known company, but I bought a folding clasp from them, which was very disappointing, and I sent an e-mail to say so, to which I never received a reply...too bad.
The leather work was great! However, the one of the spring bars was not 18mm. It was like 17.5mm. Because of it, it didn't secure properly to the watch.
The company is French and all e-mails are in English... Please personalize your exchanges at least with French-speaking customers and be proud of your language! I'm disappointed by the quality of the bracelet, I expected better, the croc seems extremely thin in places and about to tear between the scales, I think the life of the bracelet will be very short On the other hand I expected a bracelet thicker and padded like breitling bracelets too bad
Unfortunately this time I am not 100% happy about my order. I have specified that I do not want to have a buckle on my strap. Also there are 2 small scratches on my strap which will probably get worse with time.
2 reminders were necessary; the manufacturing date sent by e-mail was wrong! It was only after my 1st reminder that production was launched!
After 1 month I contacted them to find out the status of my order, but they ignored me! A few days later I received my order, but it didn't conform... On the other hand, the after-sales service immediately took my problem into account, and now I'm waiting for my bracelet (320 all the same). Hoping for the best for the future....
The colour of the medium brown strap does not resemble the photo, it is darker without any hint of orange hue.
Selling Aliexpress product for three times as much money, without even giving a hint of the origin of the product. The images on the site are nicely photoshoped so the details of the product looks much better, colours richer and deeper, but what arrives is unsatisfactory.
I have already sent an email to ABP to date with no response.

Quality of strap was very good; however, it was slightly too small. I've repeatedly messaged the team to identity options but have not had any response at all. Product doesn't come with any instructions for refunds or replacements. I'd love to just replace but have no idea what to do!
The work on the bracelets is quite well done. However, the service is not up to scratch. Delivery times not respected, no information, the parcel goes through Switzerland, Germany then Belgium to deliver the north of France! 30-day delivery for products in stock? I bought other ostrich bracelets in the same collection on an English website. 2 times cheaper and the same quality as ABP! 10-day deliveryWhat do you think?

The manufacture of both my watch bands took a little longer then expected and the clasp on one of them was of a very poor quality. I think the expectations were, on the side of the manufacturer, that you replace the clasp on the band with the original of the watch. Unfortunately for me the original reason why I replaced the bracelet for a strap was to protect the original bracelet and to get a different feel. So I was forced to order an aftermarket clasp. The quality of the leather on the straps was excellent but that one clasp was so stiff it made it unusable until I ordered a different one aftermarket.

It's not for lack of trying.I contacted ABP on four separate occasions, over a span of six months, in an attempt to buy straps and a watch:1) Email inquiry regarding one of their straps2) Email inquiry regarding a different strap3) Website submission regarding a watch they're an authorized dealer for4) Website submission regarding the same watchIn none of these cases did I get a reply.On the one hand, I've heard wonderful things about their product. On the other hand, I've heard frustrating anecdotes about their customer service (both in person and electronic). In the end, I never had to make a decision since they clearly don't want my business.
I read some good stories about ABP. I choose a bracelet and upon closing the order, I noticed I made a mistake in the house number of my address. I immediately contacted them to ask them to change the number, but no response, and off course the packet was delivered on another addressThe bracelet I purchased was nice, no doubt about that. It fitted nicely with the watch. However, after the first use, when I washed my hands, there were some water droplets on the strap. Little did I know that any waterdroplet gives a stain that does not go away. I reached out to customer service and the reply was that this is indeed a product attribute and that the strap should never get wet. This was not stated on the website but customer service did not offer any solution or apology. I buy quite a lot of straps from different suppliers, but never experience these kinds of product failures.
I am disappointed because, after several exchanges by telephone, e-mail and sending photos of the bracelet to be replaced, the thickness of the latter does not correspond to my request: I wanted a thick camber of more than 5mm and I received a thin bracelet of less than 3mm which lacks strength compared to the case of a Blancpain Leman chronograph. It seems to be made for a Villeret case... No feedback otherwise.
You sent me a wrong size of the strap I bought, Damien offered to send a new one, I made some observations and I didn't get any reply in return. Basically you sent me a wrong product, different form what I bought and you just left things like that.
