They had a reference problem on their site. The after-sales service was super-responsive and super-competent, and to top it all off, very helpful. The problem was solved immediately, and I received the right part number 48 hours later.
A expensive veal strap at 375,00 which was delivered with a fire stain, still usable but I expected a better quality control from ABP.

To make sure that the bracelet (with its unusual dimensions) would fit perfectly on the buckle of my watch, they asked me to send them my old bracelet with the buckle. Two weeks later, I received my carefully crafted new bracelet (with the old one packed). Very helpful and friendly, I can only recommend this service.

The strap is not compatible with the omega seamaster 300. I have sent a mail regarding this to return my order, however nobody is replying. Will try to give a call somehow, bit if no solution, I will need to open a litigation for this.However the strap quality is very nice for the price. If it would have fit the watch, definitely it would have been a very good one!

Beautiful bracelet as described
Beautiful bands. High quality. I ordered 2 alligator bands. brown for a grand seiko snowflake and black for a jaeger lecoultre master control calendar. Only issue is the black does not fit my jlc master control. I filled out the form stating the watch with reference number. It needs a curved band. The black will work for my snowflake and I ordered a strap from jlc.

My second order of custom strap for my Breguet Type XXI. Very well made, exactly to the specs.
Very bad quality. Be carefully using this strap for your high value watches.I bought a rubber strap from ABP Concept to my Omega Seamaster watch. Unfortunately the strap did broke after 2 month and my watch falled directly to the street. I now need to have my watch checked by an Omega dealer. Hopefully everything are fine.
ABP has the most beautiful leathers and all the skills to produce the watch strap of your dreams. I ordered a custom strap last year that was perfect for a hard to match watch. Based on that experience, I recently ordered leather samples for another custom strap. Highly recommend!
Great bespoke straps! Devil is in the details and ABP Concept managed to tick every boxes here. :)The Retro Straps are also great value: very comfortable and flexible, quality Barenia calfskin, nice finishes... I will order more in the near future.
