Incompetent. Disorganized. Rude. Non responsive. Can't get anything right. That's ABP.
Delivery out of time: arrives after 1 month instead of 1 week as advertisedArrived after Christmas (order at the end of November) No caseFor the price it's unacceptable I'd ordered before and I'd already had a problem with the delivery time but even if you take the margin it's always the same. Customer service offers no solution or compensation.

Product conforms to the order but the gift wrapping is shabby, worthy of a costume jewel at 10 euros!!!! I'm ashamed to offer a gift at this price in such packaging !!!! As for the "dialogue" with customer service, it's non-existent, no response.
No invoice accompanying the order as could be expected from a company doing serious business. No answers at all to e-mails requesting an invoice, nether when written in English nor when in French.Furthermore, one of the straps - alligator - is crooked on the watch side. No answer to that problem, too.
Order on the internet! Broken without being notified!!! After a call I was told to call back but no news! Today they tell me, when I call back, that my order should eventually arrive in 1 week! They are not professional I do not recommend at all! I have just cancelled my order
Received my watch strap in timely manner. Beautiful! Soft. Very nice quality. However, I didnt like the way the color matched my watch dial. I requested info on how to begin the return process. I realize Im limited on how long I have to return this item. Ive sent 5 emails now, and still, not one response from this company. Are they ignoring me until its too late to return the item!?!? Im helpless here. PLEASE HELP ME RETURN THIS ITEM!!!!! HELLOOOOOOO!!!!!!??????
Very disappointing purchase. I bought a watch band for a specific collector's watch understanding it would be a solution for the watch I already own. Instead, I got a band with no clasp making it impossible to use the band on the watch.Deceiving advertising.MC

The product broke after just a few times of use and despite several emails concerning reimbursement, nothing has happened.
I'll basically just got different color strap than the ordered. I sent two complaints within a week with full justification incl. pictures. First dropping the email to contact listed in order and the second filling in a special form in the website. Next few days passed and I still don't have any answers to any of them. They just completely ignored me. Sad but true.
The watch strap I ordered was never delivered to me. It made it as far as Brussels but was returned to Paris and I have not heard a word from ABP. I have contacted them several times through email, but get no response. This is a shame as their watch straps have been really good, but they do me no good if they can't even ship it to me. Very disappointed
Bought two Rolex straps from ABP, The shipment was lost in mail, and communication started to fix the missing straps, They answered two email politely, then stopper answering my emails, and haven't heard from them since.Don't expect them to fix any problems that occur.
Just take a moment to check your emails please and find out what happened with the customer order strap doesn't fit the watch r rolex strap and a custom made strap peeling off only after 3 months of usage
More then 3 weeks after I have placed my order the package has not arrived.Limited to no response to my requests for updates on shipping status, and my eventual request for cancellation is also still pending response.
Strap for Omega Seamaster.This rating is for the second strap I purchased. The first one I purchased was excellent, so I decided to go for a second one.I copy/pasted all the measures I had used for the first strap. I also included a link on comments of the make and model.I made a mistake on the width. This mistake had been corrected on the first one. The second time they processed it as it was entered. While I understand I made a mistake, I also understand that if I add the make and model ABP checks if it fits and corrects these errors by confirming back with the customer.I wrote to Customer Service. Twice. Never heard from them. Went from being blown away by quality to being extremely disappointment by a treatment of silence. Not one word have I heard from my past two emails. It went from 10 to 0.Not purchasing anything else.
I bought a bracelet for my Rolex 126600, and despite the specification of the model at the time of ordering, it is not valid for this watch, I have pictures of its poor condition, for me it was not a good buying experience.

Bought a watch strap from here 18 months ago and has already degraded to the point where I can't wear it. I've emailed to ask for a replacement twice and have not received a reply. Luxury brand that lasts less than two years? Absolute rubbish!
I have not received the order shipped on January 12, 2021 so far. Since the store did not respond to e-mails, I resigned from the order in accordance with the store's regulations, but also for this information (sent by e-mail and letter) I did not receive any feedback or refund. It is a pity that the good name and thus our further cooperation is worth only 500 euros for them. I do not blame them for the problem with the shipping, but it is on their side to explain the problem with the carrier, and as you can see they wash their hands of it. The case will have legal consequences.

Shocking and disgraceful business, likely entirely a fake setup. Do not do any business with them. Read reviews of the suffers and the people who were cheated by this company. These are predators with well set traps to rip you off. Go and get your straps from very honest companies like Rubber B or Everest (two of may genuinely good businesses). I do not know how they are allowed to continue their criminal activities in Paris. Very strange, these type of people create hatred in the hearts of honest hard working people who spend their hard earned pennies for hobbies that make them feel good, by taking their money and then vanish in thin air. Absolute criminals.

I understand there is a long lead time for a handmade product but I was told that the item would arrive by a certain date but it did not. Then, the strap came without plots which made it completely unusable. I am working with customer service on a solution but it has already taken a week and I do not yet have a resolution. Paying $800+ for a product that is unusable and for expedited shipping is frustrating when I now have to wait many months to use the product. At this point, I really just want a refund and to move on.I appreciate the help in resolving this in short order.Thanks,Cory

Ordered a Bleu / marron bracelet, got a Noir/ jaune one! Tried to declare my dissapointment, but Email and Support contact were not accessible! No way!!!They use to deliver extraordninary quality.....but never ever again for me!!!!
I didn't get the item neither the tracking number.
Sent an email to them once I received the watch straps as it is too short and virtually cannot accommodate any wrist. The straps should be one longer than the other but I received 2 short ones. They replied to my email promptly but after my reply, there is no more follow up on my case. I sent two more emails thereafter but it's just silence.
SENT THE WRONG SIZE...ORDERED XLGR, RECEIVED SMALL SIZE...TRIED TO CONTACT THE COMPANY THREE TIMES, NO RESPONSE...VERY POOR SERVICE...
Spent several hundred dollars and never received a single item
I truly wish I had listened to the negative feedback, but I brushed it off as people judging to harshly, e.g. delays due to COVID19. I was so wrong. Same thing happened to me: delays, promises, more delays and empty promises... Finally, the strap arrives and pretty much every single measurement is wrong. Not even the lug width was correct. From there on, I have been faced with silence and EUR 300 is down the drain... Please, be smarter than I was: Don't do business with this company.
Really disappointed, I thought I was calling in the professionals for a personalized watch project for my brand, but I received a sloppy made-to-measure bracelet. Customer service obviously offered to send it back (at my expense) to correct the defects, but only part of it was corrected, leaving cracks on the edges. I really don't recommend custom-made with them, for half the price there's much better elsewhere with real finishes, unfortunately not in the leather I wanted, but to choose I prefer quality.

Until today, I have not received my order (22 days from ordering)
The custom strap from ABP fell apart within 3 days!! Had a custom strap made for a Rolex. Company was very responsive when designing the strap. Took a few months to make and cost $300+. Once it arrived, the leather started to peel off the rubber that it was glued to within just 3 days. Within 5 days, I could no longer use the strap. Despite my numerous attempt to reach ABP, nobody has communicated back to me from this company. Horrible quality - steer clear of this company.If ABP reads this - I am still waiting on a response. (over a month+).
Classic Nato bracelet displayed available.....Inquiry e-mail 34 days later, no reply. 45 days after the order, still no news, second e-mail; all outside the confinement period, otherwise I wouldn't mention it.I'd like to add that I'm used to ordering abroad and that such a scenario has never occurred to me. PS I doubt I'll get anything from them, they're closed in August.... no big deal.

MORE THAN 2 MONTHS have passed since my order. (April 30, 2020) and STILL NO BRACELET. It's the typical French company, they cash in and you struggle.I'll spare you all my calls and connections to move the case forward. Damien in customer service is an arrogant and pretentious character who spouts his lying blah blah blah to show you that all this is normal and that your request is unfounded.
