It's my second strap order with ABP, the 1st order was processed previously seamlessly and without issues. But this second order made in early May 2021 took 1 month to deliver (understandable due to Covid), however they got the strap width wrong and I sent back immediately. **Update the correct strap was finally sent after I managed to reach them on WhatsApp. I have to say the strap is still of the same high quality as before and well-worth the wait. ABP may be too swarmed at this moment but they are definitely not a scam.
It's a beautiful realization but the price isn't cheap for a watchband!!!!
Very average sales follow-up ...
Product I bought never turned up and company stopped replying to my emails, will not use again
Fluctuating quality concerning the leather. Errors in production are relatively frequent (2 times on 5 straps). One time the error was swiftly corrected and a new strap was sent. Next time the shop doesn't even send a reply.
Average...The holes were undersized sized, and the width is oversizedNot too happy
Order took a fairly long time to fulfil - around 5 weeks from ordering to delivery. The goods arrived in good condition although the watch strap I had ordered was noticeably thinner than the strap currently on the watch and for the price paid I would expect a thicker, more substantial feel. The quality of the leather appears to be good though and the strap is well made otherwise. The buckle ordered had been fitted to the strap which was good as it saved me fitting it myself.
Product conforms to expectations.1 month delivery ????If I had known it would take so long, I would not have bought.
I ordered a watch strap on their website and payed for it! They wrote to me that there will go betveen 2 - 15 days from they have prepared the strap. Now it has been over a month ago and I still dont recieved anythings from Them. I had tryed to contact Them with no results.I really dont Think I ever will do business with This form again.
To some reason, delivery was extremely low. ABP shipped the product immediately but the courier service has been taken now almost 3 weeks and now idea were the packet is and when it can be expected to arrive
Its nice, but not for money like previously Yamaha bracelet which I buy here, also is to much thin, on picture is bigger.
Just one regret: the bracelet I bought (Nato American Flag) is mounted upside down, so once it's closed you can't see the stars, which is a real shame at this price.
Unfortunately, the bracelet itself is not calibrated for my Rolex. Two stars for the quality of the item, which is unfortunately unusable.
Took a little longer than usual but eventually came. Made a mistake with one of the items and put in a request about about sending the right deployment clasp and they have not returned my email.
Mixt experience with my order. The leather strap for the watch is marvelous. Very nice made, even nicer than I expected it to be. For this 5 stars. Also the first contact with ABP was very friendly online and the order was very professionally handled. Again 5 stars.Disappointing was the experience when it came with the sending. The address was clearly written at the moment of the order, but ABP forgot to mention the c/o adddress. The registered package could not be delivered and was on the way back to the sender. This was the moment I missed the delivery and found out, that the committed track & trace number did not work. I had to call twice to ABP to receive the number. By e-mail was no answer after 48 hours of writing. Lastly I had to pay for the 2nd delivery for Swiss Post. For this experience only 1 star. So the mix is 3 stars overall.Thank you guys, you did a nice job for the strap which will make me happy for long time.
I purchased an aftermarket buckle for a Cartier watch. It was not especially cheap, though as was unhelpfully pointed out to me as if I was completely naive, it is "less than 1/10th the price of a genuine.". I didn't ask for a refund or return but I expected that the quality be a bit higher for such a reputable vendor. This buckle was no better (worse in fact) than similar Chinese offerings on eBay for half the price not counting the high shipping rate. In the end, I don't really care that the buckle was poor quality, even though I expected better, but having a customer service person condescendingly explain the cost of solid gold Cartier buckles to me was unhelpful. I am quite familiar with the cost of Cartier watches and their genuine parts - I could easily buy one but I felt like pursuing another option from a trusted service like ABP. My recommendation is to 1) not sell the knockoff buckles as they tarnish the reputation of the store and 2) remind your employees that the people that shop here tend to have some vague conception of the type of product they are buying.
I placed two ordersThe first, a phone cover, fast delivery for craftsmanship and beautiful quality. The second order, a custom-made bracelet, the error... I didn't receive my complete order, the item wasn't exactly what I'd asked for, even though I'd given the model information for my watch, and the delivery time was terribly long - 3 months!I've written to the after-sales service several times, but I've had no reply apart from one from the webmaster, who said I'd be contacted shortly... It's been 3 weeks now... I'm amending my note because they came back to me, the after-sales service was on holiday... It's a pity that the absence of one person blocks the after-sales service... The quality is there, but the delivery times are very long.
Watch strap when received was not correct. Two emails sent so far have not been replied to. Help before making order was excellent but after sales service appears to be non-existent! No answer to telephone enquiry.
Unbelievably bad service. Ordered a watchstrap for my husband's birthday on May 3rd 2020. Two days later I received an email to say that the order would be delayed due to covid-19. I was told to expect a 6-week delay which I wasn't pleased about but appreciated the advance warning. 9 weeks later still no strap and no response to my email and Facebook Messenger enquiries. I fear I've lost my money. What a terrible way to treat people.Update: my one star review prompted a promise to investigate why the strap hadn't arrived and a promise to follow up. That was 10 days ago. Needless to say Diana hasn't been in touch since.Update 24th July. After numerous emails and posting on social media, I received a full refund today so my review is now 2 stars rather than one.
I had used ABP before and found them good, so thought it safe to make use of a tempting discount offer to get a new strap for my IWC. ABP are attractive because of the colours on offer, not the IWC black / brown, I went for a blue.It got delayed because of Covid19, ok I understand that, but I'd say its grey not blue. Strap looks good quality, but not what i was expecting, so it will sit in a reserve drawer and I'll have to look again.
Due to the Corona crisis there was a communicated delay. It would take an extra 16 to 20 working days to finish my strap (it was in production). Now, at day 22 (after numerous emails) I'm told to wait another 10 days! Not a great way of customer service.... And really, how can anyone work more than 30 days on one strap???
Ordered a medium brown alligator strap for my WG Rolex Daytona. On the website it looks fairly dark but in reality it is much lighter, which is not what I was looking for. It also had to be made which took a few weeks.Overall the quality is good and it did fit the watch, but the rubber inlay or the material overall makes the strap quite stiff and uncomfortable in my opinion. I have been wearing the watch for over 3 months now and did try to form the strap a bit. At this point I am considering to buy an authentic strap from rolex instead and consider it a loss.
Twice i've ordered straps that were supposed to be in stock , and they weren't. To me that is a bit deceptive
Beautiful crocodile strap. I have one issue. I did not imagine one keeper would be sewn in and glued so it cannot be removed. It makes the strap too thick under the OEM Omega deployant to close securely. Please advise future custom orders of this possible problem.
I order a stock (not custom) strap from ABP, as I have in the past. The strap arrived on January 2 and I found it is defective in that it has no holes, and is, therefore, unusable. I emailed ABP about the problem, with pictures attached. As of today, I have not heard back from ABP about the strap. The straps I ordered in the past were always of high quality, but I must give a low score for customer service, and an expensive useless strap.
Shipping was very slow and did not provide good status update and ETA information.
The strap o saw on the website and when I received it I pass to my friend he reply why the white line is not in line can see by simply a look . I am the one he ask to buy and I am the one who recommended your website to him yet when I saw his disappointment face I totally shock with no words
Straps were of really nice quality, however I ordered the oysterglide type clasp, and it was horrible. In fact, it seemed to be the exact crappy chinese one that I also bought on eBay for $15. Only problem is ABP sells them for $40. For a boutique luxury watch accessory shop, they should be providing higher quality after market clasps, or at least price them inline what everyone else charges for them. Mentioned this to customer service and no one responded to me, even after spending hundreds of dollars in the store.
I sent you a mail asking why the thickness was so small and you told me that the NATO strap has to be thin, I understood your explanation but I have to say that since the Big Pilot IWC is quite heavy, after a few day of use I see that the fixing hole is deforming. I am not an expert like you but I think that the strap for a watch like this should be more robust. I think it will be heavily damaged soon, and it's a pity for an expensive strap like this. I think you should use different thickness on different parts of the strap.
The service is perfect as well as the quality of the products delivered. The only problem I suffered is that the brillancy/shade of the strap colors seen freom the computer are very different from the real ones.I ordered a brillian sky blue strap and I received a dull pale blue instead. Not what I expected .
I ordered and got the strap which I thought will fit . But it doesn't as it's too wide . There were no options for width . That's why the mistake has happened . Your website doesn't even accept my watch code . That's why wrong strap has come to me ??
Bracelet announced in stock on the website but in fact not, up to 3-4 extra weeks needed to manufacture the missing parts. Fortunately this was limited to about 1 week in my case, but this should be communicated before ordering to be perfect.
Ordered two straps from the classic collection, which looks to be good quality but the color is a little too far from what was shown on the site. Both the calf leather and the alligator are much more uniform in color and they look almost like plastic.
It takes long time from order to delivery.
Poor stitching of NATO Strap in that, within one week, one of the stitches in the NATO Strap came undone and I had to Superglue it where the stitch came undone. Also, the Buckle is very thin. For a large watch 43mm, it appears flimsy in contrast to the watch. The customization was exactly as described and completed quickly which is why the review is two stars instead of one, but incredibly flimsy craftsmanship from an ostensibly higher end brand. Disappointed!!
Long shipping timeProduct does not match pictures (different color)
I had given ABP my wrist size in (mm) and I was uncertain between L or XL...my wrist size which was measured many times to make sure and is just under 8mm so I chose L, because of the variance in mm for sizes. When my blue denim alligator/croc? leather band came in for my Rolex datejust ll 41mm, the band was beautiful and high quality, but it was way to short. Had the band installed by my local jeweler on the watch, and had it extended as far as allowed, and it is so tight....I am hoping that it will give a little through wear.My recommendation when ordering from them is to just dictate your wrist size and leave it at that, and have them make the decision; my wrist size was in between L and XL, but now I know and it was costly.
Stingray strap looks a little bit plasticAligator leather the same. I think it's the way they treat/polish the leathers.Size run a little bit big vs what they describe
My only gripe is requiring a signature for delivery by the USPS. inevitably I'm not home at delivery and then must go to the post office where they have trouble locating your package.
- Poor information provided by the customer service and the website as the Rolex R Strap (rubber) doesn't really fit the aesthetics of Datejust 36 Ref.16233 (there's a gap between the bezel and the strap).
