Very good manufacture of watch straps, very serious after-sales service, the only reproach, hence my 4 stars and not 5, is that the catalog is not representative of stocks, often the strap you want is on the site but not in stock or in another color... Too bad!

Prohibitive postal cost and not only delivered at my home. I bought a 15 euros bracelet and realised the delivery wads 28 euros or so !!!! and i was not even delivered at home, i had to go to a relay point despite the right address... so obviously not a great experience.

Still the same problem with the chosen carrier: if you don't answer the phone, they don't deliver (no delivery attempt) and leave it at the post office.
