Excellent watch straps. Both the stock ready-to-wear and custom made straps are beautiful, works of art. The fit and comfort is very good. There is a wide selection of leather, type of strap, stitching and finishing. Lastly, the shipping is fast and without any problems.

I bought a watch winder and 2 straps for my watches. After ordering ABP reached out to me saying that they didn't have the color of the watch winder I ordered, and offered alternative options. Once I confirmed which one I wanted, they started processing the order and sent it in within a day. I received my order from France to Croatia in less than 24h. Talk about fast delivery! I ordered a strap along with a steel-finished folding clasp. At first, I received only the strap, of which the quality is very good, but not the clasp. I sent emails to inquire about this, but there was no response after a few days; I had to make an international phone call to request for the missing clasp. Yet, the clasp that arrived was of a wrong colour -- yellow gold! I sent another email regarding this 2 weeks ago but there was no response again. I wonder if they ever read the customers' emails.Additional notes:Not having been informed, I received the correct steel clasp a few days later. Problem solved!

Outstanding product and customer service to match! I have purchased from ABP Concept both in their Paris store as well as online and have had great experiences. On this particular order, I ordered a different style strap and chose the wrong size. Instead of having to send the wrong straps back and pay shipping to return and for the new items, they just shipped me the correct size. That saved me 1/2 the shipping costs and probably 2 weeks in transit and processing times. I highly recommend ABP and they have terrific products at vey competitive pricing.
