Absolutely dreadful. A crocodile watch strap I purchased fell apart after about three weeks (it cost c. £250!)When I explained this to them (with a picture), their response was they could do nothing because it was past their own 15 day limited guarantee. What a shambolic service - no pride at all in their product.I have returned it and am awaiting a full refund. Given their awful attitude - I am expectant of having to take them to a local small claims court. What a terrible experience for a what is claimed to be a premium product.Avoid at all costs.

Follow-up carried out. 2/ Two spots of glue left on the iPhone case, which I had to remove myself using a specific product + the quality of the leather on the double card case was "second-rate" (thinner and "blackened").
