It would be nice if you had an English version of the emails that could be sent. I ordered 2 gift certificates to try to get to a specific amount and it would be nice if they could have been combined.

Very good welcome in store and on the phone. One point for improvement, however: the opening times and days for click and collect had not been updated on the website and were therefore incorrect.

Perfect as usual. I bought a bund strap to put with a 38mm Cartier roadster that was just to small for my wrist. Now, with the black alligator bund strap, it is back to being one of my favorite watches again.

I found my leather watch straps from ABP Paris to be high quality.Communication with their team was fine, including after I placed my order. Ultra-customized bracelets made in Paris, that's what ABP is all about! I'm a big fan of the concept, as I'm particularly creative. The team is close to its customers, and waiting times are sometimes long, as a result of the company being a victim of its own success. A small company on a human scale that's great to support in these tough times!

I have ordered a second alligator strap for my WG Daytona since the first didn't quite meet my expectations in terms of colour. This time I ordered a black one, but compared to the picture advertised, I received what looks like a very different product. I have tried emailing them, they have responded once over the course of a month. Very frustrating and I am trying to get a refund.Edit: I received a replacement strap as the one advertised. It is a great product, but it did take a very long time from start to finish.

I have been very satisfied with ABP and highly recommend them. I ordered 2 NATO nylon bracelets which were delivered quickly and are of very good quality for a very affordable price. On my 2nd order I even received the bracelet twice. I wrote to ABP to let them know and they told me it was a mistake but that they would be happy to offer it to me! A top-notch company! What's more, their products are compatible with Rolex, Panerai, Breitling and Cartier....
