Not much to say re service. My order acknowledgement advised 15-20 days to make the strap. It was about 20 working days until the strap was dispatched. I had no other communication with ABP Concept. The product itself was very impressive. And so it should be for the price. I would shop with ABP Concept again.

Good service, online order was treated fast. Though I got a notification that it would take up to 20 days to get delivered because it was a custom order, albeit it actually wasn't (I ordered standard pieces/nato-bracelet). But it was a mistake and the customer support answered quickly (<24h). On the "negative" side, they work with French Post and it was a bit a pain in the *** to get the parcel delivered. The street number on the address was wrong and it took several calls and even a 15km drive to the regional distribution center to get the address right. But I guess it's not ABP's fault.

Outstanding service outstanding watch strap I just received a blue alligator strap for my Omega aqua Terra it looks great I could not be happier I live in Los Angeles and I called and spoke with Damien he took the time to show me two watch straps that he thought would be a good match for my watch Damien took the pictures indoors and outdoors to give me a good idea of color outstanding service. I will definitely be ordering again very soon for my Tudor watch.

Bought 2 alligator straps: they were both very high quality and beautifully crafted. Damian from costumer services is top notch; One aligator strap had a little defect in the leather and the issue was resolved very quickly. Purchase with confidence! The ordering process was very detailed. The watchband was custom made and exactly as ordered + delivered on time
