Whenever I need a luxury strap for my watches ABP Concets is who I turn to. Impeccable quality, ample catalog to choose from, fair prices and quick delivery are the strong points. I recommend them to all in need of a great watch strap, you won't be disappointed.

I looked all over the the internet for a quality alligator watch band that would fit my wide watch. Only ACP Concept's was able to come through for me. The watchband was sturdy very well built and very attractive. A watchband is not something most people will notice and comment on but I have received several compliments on my band.

The strap arrived right on time and fits my watch perfectly. Much more comfortable and stylish then my Lange oem strap.

Great product (exactly what I ordered), which arrived on-time. I appreciated their communications, which kept me in the loop throughout the entire production and shipping process. I'm particularly impressed with the variety of leathers and colors offered, although I will say that their prices are noticeably higher than most of their comparable-quality competitors.

No response to my email about completely wrong size for my wrist and how to address this problem.

Shocking and disgraceful business, likely entirely a fake setup. Do not do any business with them. Read reviews of the suffers and the people who were cheated by this company. These are predators with well set traps to rip you off. Go and get your straps from very honest companies like Rubber B or Everest (two of may genuinely good businesses). I do not know how they are allowed to continue their criminal activities in Paris. Very strange, these type of people create hatred in the hearts of honest hard working people who spend their hard earned pennies for hobbies that make them feel good, by taking their money and then vanish in thin air. Absolute criminals.

Product I bought never turned up and company stopped replying to my emails, will not use again

I had to wait a few weeks (as announced on the website), but it was worth the while. Very happy with the good quality 'Diver' bracelet. The small yellow details fit nicely with my Raymond Weil Freelander with a yellow dial.

I ordered a watch winder (Benson) a few weeks ago and the winder was perfect. Also the speed and the shipping was really good. I recommend ABP to anyone.

I didn't want a cheap $30 alternate strap for my JLC, so I had an ABP custom one made of black cordovan. It took a little more than a month to receive, which I fully expected. It was worth the wait. ABP followed my exact instructions, and it came out beautiful! If you want a strap that is as special as your watch, look to ABP. These guys know what they're doing.

Helpful support, timely delivery. Feels and looks great, all for 1/3 of the price of an original Omega crocodile strap. We'll see if it lasts 15 years of daily use like the original did.If it does, I'll give it the missing star, for a full 5.

Very easy to design your bracelet on their internet site - very clear question and complete ! Super quality & a lot of choice ! Have to have patience min 4 weeks to receive it... Because of the price - to be use for exceptional watch / mesure.

I understand there is a long lead time for a handmade product but I was told that the item would arrive by a certain date but it did not. Then, the strap came without plots which made it completely unusable. I am working with customer service on a solution but it has already taken a week and I do not yet have a resolution. Paying $800+ for a product that is unusable and for expedited shipping is frustrating when I now have to wait many months to use the product. At this point, I really just want a refund and to move on.I appreciate the help in resolving this in short order.Thanks,Cory
