Very good quality, lot of materials but very expensive

Love my new strap, these really are comparable to or better than the OEM straps. Great service, quick delivery, pricing is spot on and it comes very nicely presented but at the same time in sustainable packaging. Watch lovers will appreciate the quality and attention to detail. I have also purchased custom made straps in the past and those are out of this world. Merci beaucoup ABP!

Very easy to design your bracelet on their internet site - very clear question and complete ! Super quality & a lot of choice ! Have to have patience min 4 weeks to receive it... Because of the price - to be use for exceptional watch / mesure.

I understand there is a long lead time for a handmade product but I was told that the item would arrive by a certain date but it did not. Then, the strap came without plots which made it completely unusable. I am working with customer service on a solution but it has already taken a week and I do not yet have a resolution. Paying $800+ for a product that is unusable and for expedited shipping is frustrating when I now have to wait many months to use the product. At this point, I really just want a refund and to move on.I appreciate the help in resolving this in short order.Thanks,Cory

Leather strap was hand made very good and customer service was polite. Just needed to be a bit more clear on dispatch and delivery and I ask for some assistance on fitting the strap but I got no reply. I was compensated with an extra tool peace for the delay which I was very thank ful for.

Fluctuating quality concerning the leather. Errors in production are relatively frequent (2 times on 5 straps). One time the error was swiftly corrected and a new strap was sent. Next time the shop doesn't even send a reply.

Excellent and obliging service. The product is of good quality, just as it was described. Everything is more than satisfactory.

Order took a fairly long time to fulfil - around 5 weeks from ordering to delivery.The goods arrived in good condition although the watch strap I had ordered was noticeably thinner than the strap currently on the watch and for the price paid I would expect a thicker, more substantial feel. The quality of the leather appears to be good though and the strap is well made otherwise. The buckle ordered had been fitted to the strap which was good as it saved me fitting it myself.

Very nice product, the quality is irreproachable. The classic generic folding clasp is very correct and fitted, and the delivery time is correct (20 days for manufacture).

Configuring a watch strap from their website is easy and they have a comprehensive selection of materials and colors to customize your own strap. Orders are updated via email as they progress and delivery was tracked and signed-for. Will definitely buy from ABP Concept again.
