I ordered a strap along with a steel-finished folding clasp. At first, I received only the strap, of which the quality is very good, but not the clasp. I sent emails to inquire about this, but there was no response after a few days; I had to make an international phone call to request for the missing clasp. Yet, the clasp that arrived was of a wrong colour -- yellow gold! I sent another email regarding this 2 weeks ago but there was no response again. I wonder if they ever read the customers' emails.Additional notes:Not having been informed, I received the correct steel clasp a few days later. Problem solved!

Strap for Omega Seamaster.This rating is for the second strap I purchased. The first one I purchased was excellent, so I decided to go for a second one.I copy/pasted all the measures I had used for the first strap. I also included a link on comments of the make and model.I made a mistake on the width. This mistake had been corrected on the first one. The second time they processed it as it was entered. While I understand I made a mistake, I also understand that if I add the make and model ABP checks if it fits and corrects these errors by confirming back with the customer.I wrote to Customer Service. Twice. Never heard from them. Went from being blown away by quality to being extremely disappointment by a treatment of silence. Not one word have I heard from my past two emails. It went from 10 to 0.Not purchasing anything else.

Outstanding product and customer service to match! I have purchased from ABP Concept both in their Paris store as well as online and have had great experiences. On this particular order, I ordered a different style strap and chose the wrong size. Instead of having to send the wrong straps back and pay shipping to return and for the new items, they just shipped me the correct size. That saved me 1/2 the shipping costs and probably 2 weeks in transit and processing times. I highly recommend ABP and they have terrific products at vey competitive pricing.

I bought a bracelet for my Rolex 126600, and despite the specification of the model at the time of ordering, it is not valid for this watch, I have pictures of its poor condition, for me it was not a good buying experience.

Send me wrong size strap.After 3 mails, still no answer.

First purchase was handled quickly. Second purchase was slower than expected. When I emailed them, a response came that they just shipped it. But, the shipping notification from DHL did not arrive for another two days. Their alligator straps are good quality for the relatively low price.

Bought a watch strap from here 18 months ago and has already degraded to the point where I can't wear it. I've emailed to ask for a replacement twice and have not received a reply. Luxury brand that lasts less than two years? Absolute rubbish!

This company's bands are not inexpensive, but are the epitome of Paris luxury. Their craftsmenship is outstanding -- always delivering a beautiful finished product. This is my 3rd order from ABP and I am as pleased as ever. My watchband was made to my exact specifications and was well worth the wait -- understandable for a bespoke product.
