I ordered a strap over 7 weeks ago, and have exchanged multiple emails with them where they kept saying that it's getting delayed. And now for the past week, I've gotten no response to 2 emails I've sent and I still haven't received the bracelet. I was basically robbed for over 200 usd. DO NOT attempt to make an order as I've been reading similar reviews.
I ordered 4 straps in the biginning of aprili payed all in april. in June i received only 3 straps. one in poor quality.still missing items for 56 euro.no reaction!!!! dont buy there!!!!!
I paid over £200 for an open ended watch strap to fit an old watch that had fixed bars. the strap had adhesive on each half to fix the strap onto the bars, I fitted the strap onto the watch and clamped the ends of the strap with the adhesive on for 24 hrs to set. within 2 hours of removing the clamps both halves of the strap came open on their own without the watch even being touched. I repeated the process with the same result. I the contacted ABP customer support via email and was ignored, I contacted them twice more before I received a response. The response was that I should buy some glue and stick it myself! I was also called a liar because in my last email I had said it was the third time I had tried to contact them and they wrongly insisted it was only two times. Avoid this overpriced crap.
I ordered a leather strap that is supposed to fit with a Rolex Datejust 41. The strap didn't fit my Datejust 41. The spring bars wouldn't line up with the lug holes. Even if they did, the Oyster clasp does not line up with the strap. Very, very disappointed given the price I paid. Even more disappointed given that I am a returning customer. Even further disappointed that I have tried to email ABP Concept three times for a solution but emails are not returned. I will not be buying from them again. I would urge extreme caution to any buyer after my experience.
No customer support at all. Strap sent were the wrong size and poor quality. I emailed their customer support 2 times and never heard back.
These tools are absolute rubbish. I bought the most expensive I could find and they don't even fit the screws. $200 user
The strap was send out on 24/12 but was hold to the post office on 30/12 as 'The item was undeliverable due to addressee's address cannot be identified'.I had send an email to ABP concept on 2/1 and they said they will contact them right away.Moreover, I had send the email on 7/1 and raised out the issue again but this time no replyNow a week thereafter, the problem did not resolve and I still did not receive the strap.
The website is misleading, at the time of the order, wasn't mention that the product is out of stock and that the delivery may take more than 30 days.I ordered on December 9., and was promised by Damien several times, that the ordered item will be received until latest December 24., but only arrived on December 31.I'm very disappointed regarding your services, and would never recommend to anyone to deal you ABP Concept
Strap arrived after 3 weeks shipping (not 1 day), and it was the wrong size - I can't use it. Abp just ducked their responsibility, did not give any help whatsoever
I ordered a Limited edition squared scales Alligator strap this time.But I never imagined that photograph and real strap would be so different. This is actually a fraud!! I was very disappointed and I could hardly use this strap.

The order was delayed with more than a week. Once recieved, i found out that ABP delivered the wrong strap. I have paid EUR 345 for a strap that i did not order. In addition i have not recieved and invoice. What i have recieved is a bill stating that i have recieved a sample strap worth EUR 20. I find this business practise to be irregular. I have written several times to enure that ABP make up for the wrong order. Still no resolvement after 45 days...
I bought a light brown NATO alligator strap... 90 + 7 shipping, I understand the price according to a Living Heritage Company, however please explain the following:- Although the leather varies according to the animal and the place taken the bracelet looks nothing like the photo ... which must be the best ...- I'm having trouble grasping the light brown color, it's chocolate brown...- I can't see the shiny side of the leather or the contrast between the scales, it's dull and a very solid color.I'm not a picky person to be polite... but I've been wanting this for so long... after 16 days of waiting... now I'm relatively disappointed.
18 days since the order was placed. It was not a custom made strap. I have written to customer service 2x for an update and have not gotten an update. I am ready to contact the CC card company for a refund.

I received the wrong strap and was notified by ABP that I could send it back (at my expense) and they would redo the order. Instead, I asked for an exchange or a refund and after several emails and a month and a half later I have yet to get a single response from ABP. They now have the original strap back and I am just waiting on a response. Interestingly, prior to placing my order, they were very responsive.
Poor quality The loop is of very poor quality.very disappointed
Strap came with no holes (they were added at the moment of purchase). Poor quality of stitching, uneven. Color specified was dark brown. Real color is like a taupe. Send an email with my claims uppon reception and never received a reply. The quality does not reflect de price above 200 euros. Straps for less than a quarter the price do the job and don't have uneven stitching.
I bought a strap for my Rolex Air King but the fit to the height of the lugs was terrible despite being listed for that model. ABP admitted the issue so I returned for a refund but didn't include the original postage despite the product issue being theirs. Ended up £20 or so out of pocket from the experience and hence I won't use them again unfortunately.
Crappy customer service. I specifically asked for quick release bar cut on the straps ( i even gave them the ref of the watch), they confirmed it but when it came it didnt have any cut. I wrote 2 emails about the problem, 0 answer until now( which is kinda frustrating this beeing my third order of a custom strap from abp). Im sorry to say that this was my last order.
I purchased 2 straps in November one was stock the other needed to be made. I received the straps and found that the one that was made was the wrong color. I contacted ABP and was told a replacement would be made and sent ASAP. I followed up on:1/2/191/9/192/11/192/26/19and 3/6/19In their response to my email dated 1/9/19 I was told the strap was being made and they will have it completed by the end of that week and sent out.as of 3/7/19 I still have not received the strap.So I have no strap, no explanation as of the status . In fact they stopped corresponding with me after the 1/9/19 email.this company came highly recommended to me but has been a major disappointment and I will tell the gentleman that gave me their recommendation (he works for a very high end jewelry store in the U.S.) that their service is horrendous and I will never purchase anything from them again and will advise others to do the same.
Ordered a watch strap with express delivery. Was told it had been shipped. Strap never arrived. Emailed several times and finally received a reply stating that I would be refunded express delivery and they would reship. Emailed countless times and tried calling. No reply. No strap. The order was placed over 3 months ago now!! If you must use these people ensure you pay by credit card so you stand half a chance of getting your money back if (when) they screw up and refuse to return any correspondence.
I ordered a strap that was already in stock and I chose the fast shipping method 1-5 days.After 4 days I receive a email where it said it was ready to ship, now it has been 10 since I made the order and still no strap.I have tried to contact abp concept but no reply.The shipping agency tracking system is showing the strap is on it way.Very POOR response I'm not in any way satisfied with ABP CONCEPT

Very bad quality for this rubber bracelet broken after only 4 months ... luckyly I saved my Rolex which dropped on the floor !!!!!
I have not received my watch strap, the package has been shipped back to France and my funds have not been returned. I'll be calling my credit card company on Monday to let them know that this charge must be reversed as ABP did not deliver the product I had paid for.
The product was horrible quality and the pins didn't fit into the lugs. Do not waste your money on this!!
I still didn't receive my strap
I read 100s of reviews of many strap brands before proceeding with ABP for my Panerai. I received the strap and found 2 tears in the leather. I was so disappointed. I contacted the website via its email which was supplied with the invoice. I received no response for a number of days (interesting how when I first contacted them about the purchase, they responded overnight but when it comes to complaints, silence). I then called their store in France at my expense to find out what was going on. I managed to speak to someone who had limited English who said someone would call me back. Overnight, a response came saying "the tearings don't look really bad". I was shocked - there shouldn't be any in the first place!!!! I was asked to return the strap "if I want" and they would give me another. I was so upset. In addition, the strap was so thin and seemed quite poor quality. I asked for a refund in the letter I sent back with the strap - that was my preference. If they couldn't do this, I would accept a replacement but I said to them I view their products as poorly made and cheap. They didn't refund me but instead sent another strap. This is such a different outcome to what I expected after all the glowing reviews. I won't be buying from them again.

Poor Service!!! I placed my order a couple weeks ago and hadn't had it processed 2-3 weeks later. I had to go out of my way to get in contact with their team, then,was it processesed. There seems to be very poor communication from the company, upon receiving my order, I had to contact them about the poor quality of the product, again, silence is the way the company chooses to handle their customers queries. Not a good experience at all, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone looking at buying from them.
This bright idea of a niche business once created by renown Jewelry artisan was once a real gem for cognoscenti , an exclusive and high quality little secret for luxury watches VIP customers or a go-to reference for Jewelers...Fifteen years later, now run by a not so prodigal son like a Seven Eleven with untrained, unprofessional Millennials with a (faux Parisian) high nose attitude, it has become a mainstream staple for pretentious hipster wannabees who just bought their first pre-owned Rolex. Overpriced products, messy commercial follow-up and service, they are now outplayed by other recognized competitors around the world...Don't fall for this overrated French tourist trap.
1. Holes for spring bars tiny, impossible to push spring bars through.2. I selected curved ends for the strap at a cost of 50, later advised to change to straight but no refund of 50.3. Overall quality of stitching is very poor, size, direction of switch both have a big variance. For 310, I expected much better.4. Above issues shared with ABP, photos sent, I'vesent 2 chase e-mails in the past week but still no response - customer service is very poor.
Poor product, and appalling customer service. The watch strap I ordered arrived clearly faulty, and given their prices are top-end and they describe themselves as 'family-run' and a 'craft company' I'm surprised it was even allowed to leave the factory. It cost well over 100 but in all honesty had the look of a cheap 5 import, which it may have actually been as I've since noticed from their website that not everything they sell is made by them. So a 'fail' on quality-control then.I contacted ABP Concept (Atelier du Bracelet Parisien) and received a reply fairly promptly asking me to take some photos as proof of what I was saying, which I duly did and returned to them the same day. A couple of days went by and I'd heard nothing so I got back in touch to ask what was happening and a day or so later received the reply that It was being dealt with by their 'Chief of the workshop', and I'd get a response that same day. Over a week has now passed, and despite emailing them again twice I've heard absolutely nothing. So, a fail on customer service too. Staggering, for a family company who talk about quality and attention to detail. There are far better independent watch strap makers out there who value their customers. Avoid!
