I bought a strap February the 4th.The strap was in stock so to receive it faster I paid for the FAST shipping 1-5 days.On February the 6. I got an email with a tracking number. 10 days later February 16th I received the strap! 12 days after I ordered and paid the strap.In the meantime I have sent 2 emails asking about what's going on! But NO REPLY.The strap quality is ok but the service sucks big time and I still haven't heard anything on why I have paid more for a fast shipment I didn't get ??????
Only part of my order was fulfilled. I ordered a black strap for my Rolex 214270 with a universal glide-lock clasp as I don't want to take my bracelet apart. However, only the strap arrived and no clasp in the package. So I now have to go through the hassle of returning everything and initiating a refund on my credit card. A very annoying and frustrating experience.
Hello,Unfortunately I bought my bracelets during a period with a promotional code, but not being aware of it, I paid the full price.When I asked for the discount to be granted, I didn't even get an answer.On the other hand, the products are of very good quality.
Disappointing product, perfectible finish (badly distributed yellow paint).I'm not convinced that this product, an iphone XR shell fulfils its purpose, it seems too short at both ends of the device... A possible design flaw.
Answer time on e-mails is a little bit long sometimes. Asked for a picture of the complete hide- the configuration picture wasn't meaningful enough. Received some pictures of a great hide and ordered on this base- in the end I got a strap which was definitely different colour- nice too- but not what I ordered. I wrote a email to ask if they took the wrong hide- the answer was, that the colour on this specification changed some months ago!? So why did I get pictures of a hide/colour that wasn't nearly the same for months???
I ordered three classic alligator straps--one brown and two black. One of the black straps has a noticeably more glossy finish, and a different buckle (i.e. different buckle design that the other two straps, and different than shown on the ABP website).
The bracelet is much too thin
I received a watch band that is too large. I have tried to contact Abp Concept 5 times via email and their Contact Us page on their site with no response. I have no idea how to get a response from ABP Concept to correct the situation. I have received an email, I am exchanging the product.
Although it shipped quickly and looks good, I received a strap with incorrect size tension bar on one side. I mailed days ago for assistance in replacement and have received no response.
In the past I placed my orders in Paris - offline. Still today I am very happy with the "bespoke" leather straps. This time I tried your online shop with just some simple "perlon" straps, to give it a try, as I can´t travel to Paris so often. One strap is very nice, but the other one doesn´t match the size I asked for. It should have been 22mm but even on my biggest watch (23mm between horns) it doesn´t fit. Because of the (almost prohibitive if you consider it was inside Europe and just a small and light envelope) 15,- shipping fee I already paid, me didn´t ask for any replacement Will I try it again? Probably not if I find something more convenient
Very disappointed with this company, I ordered a strap according to my watch with curved end, and although they knew the model and the brand of my watch, the area of the case was very thick and rubbed, after telling them what happened, I only received an answer about it with a ridiculous discount for next purchases and never answered my emails anymore, I can only think of a huge lack of professionalism and the worst of all of respect and education towards the customer, nothing recommended.

Order placed on June 16 shipped on the 19th officially with a postal tracking that corresponds to nothing. Problem reported, I had to insist for more than 10 days to be heard. They are not the ones who prepare and ship but a partner....1 complaint has just been filed with the post officeFor 2 nato...(47). For me, business is, the customer has paid, the problem is with us, we deliver to the customer, and then we solve our problem internally. That's what I do with my customers.

Customer care is almost non-existent.
Order forgotten and therefore received a long time later following several reminders and badly designed bracelets: 8 holes to close it with the pin buckle!!!! Ridiculous. +Finish not worthy of the price. Sorry, I've always had a good image of ABP, but this time it's really not worthy of the reputation...
Although this was an inexpensive calf strap & was well made, I expected it would have the ABP panache & style but, sadly it did not & was very ordinary.

The staff of ABP communicate orders with prompt replies, however, their capabilities to follow client instructions for orders is very poor.When I placed my order I requested it to be shipped FedEx to the USA as I paid for express shipping. However, the ABP staff ignored my request and sent it via chrono post. Chronopost being the absolute worst service to use when shipping to the US, lost my package. It was supposed to arrive in 3 days, however I was forced to wait 1 month until ABP deemed my order lost and started to remake my strap. I requested many times for the ABP staff to make sure they send my order to the correct address. The staff ignored this request and sent the order to the wrong address number.. This created many problems for me and this is not the first time this has happened with your company. Finally I actually received my order via FedEx. Unfortunately, the strap size and shape was completely wrong and not what I requested. The staff awknoledged the mistake and remade the portion of the strap that was originally made incorrectly. I also had to ask more than once for you to stamp your product with the ABP stamp. All products come not stamped and I realize you don't make all the straps you sell, but since this is a custom order, the products should be stamped by the manufacturer.. All of my past straps are all stamped with ABP..I think your problem is very simple. Your company rushes on customer orders and does not Follow order instructions. This in return creates a product of less quality and less detail, along with mistakes. I have been ordering straps from ABP for many years and I have even been into the store in person to order a strap from Roman whom I used to deal with. My orders were always outstanding. Today, the attention to detail on customers orders is very poor. I hope on any future orders I may place, all of this can be avoided and I can have a more smooth experience.
