Happy with the product and customer service. Took a bit too long to be sent off, and there were some issues with the parcel being returned. Other than that great experience.

I have had nothing but the best experience with ABP and would highly recommend the company. I have purchased five different bands ranging from basic rubber to one made from my own leather. The workmanship is fantastic and the responsiveness of the people is just as good. This is the kind of true artisan business I want to see thrive in an age of mass-produced goods.

Fantastic quality watch strap in alligator. Reasonably quick delivery without any delays in customs to USA. I needed an unusual size that was hard to find on other sites, but was no problem for ABP. I will definitely be ordering from ABP again if I want one of the best made straps in the world.

A little long in terms of lead time, but that's the price to pay for exceptional bracelets with a perfect finish. Having tested most high-end bracelet manufacturers, ABP really stands out: top quality.

Quality of the leather, choice of options, compliance with order specifications, delivery times and communication: everything was right for this first order. Admittedly, quality comes at a price, but as with B***tta's latest model, "price is forgotten, quality remains". If durability is anything to go by, I'm going to need new watches to be able to come back more regularly. I highly recommend it.
