I ordered and got the strap which I thought will fit . But it doesn't as it's too wide . There were no options for width . That's why the mistake has happened . Your website doesn't even accept my watch code . That's why wrong strap has come to me ??

Have so far ordered 3 straps. Excellent product and service. Damien, one of their staff was extremely helpful and patient with me when I was asking him of photos of strap leathers. Highly recommend.

Good service, online order was treated fast. Though I got a notification that it would take up to 20 days to get delivered because it was a custom order, albeit it actually wasn't (I ordered standard pieces/nato-bracelet). But it was a mistake and the customer support answered quickly (<24h). On the "negative" side, they work with French Post and it was a bit a pain in the *** to get the parcel delivered. The street number on the address was wrong and it took several calls and even a 15km drive to the regional distribution center to get the address right. But I guess it's not ABP's fault.

Non-existent customer service. Do not answer emails. No response to my refund request.

Bracelet announced in stock on the website but in fact not, up to 3-4 extra weeks needed to manufacture the missing parts. Fortunately this was limited to about 1 week in my case, but this should be communicated before ordering to be perfect.

Delighted with my purchase custom made bracelet

The order was delayed with more than a week. Once recieved, i found out that ABP delivered the wrong strap. I have paid EUR 345 for a strap that i did not order. In addition i have not recieved and invoice. What i have recieved is a bill stating that i have recieved a sample strap worth EUR 20. I find this business practise to be irregular. I have written several times to enure that ABP make up for the wrong order. Still no resolvement after 45 days...

The special tanning strap I ordered came quickly and is beautiful. I highly recommend APB!

Outstanding service outstanding watch strap I just received a blue alligator strap for my Omega aqua Terra it looks great I could not be happier I live in Los Angeles and I called and spoke with Damien he took the time to show me two watch straps that he thought would be a good match for my watch Damien took the pictures indoors and outdoors to give me a good idea of color outstanding service. I will definitely be ordering again very soon for my Tudor watch.

Bought 2 alligator straps: they were both very high quality and beautifully crafted. Damian from costumer services is top notch; One aligator strap had a little defect in the leather and the issue was resolved very quickly. Purchase with confidence! In am already thinking about ordering my next strap from them to breathe fresh air on a classic calatrava.

Ordered two straps from the classic collection, which looks to be good quality but the color is a little too far from what was shown on the site. Both the calf leather and the alligator are much more uniform in color and they look almost like plastic.

I ordered a classic dark brown calfskin bracelet with a pair of interchangeable pumps; it seems to be of very good quality, the color is just what I expected and the pumps are very practical to use! The package arrived in 3-4 days. The parcel arrived in 3-4 days; I sent a message to ABP Concept for information on the sizes of the bracelets (from their Facebook page); I got a reply in just 10 minutes on a Friday evening. I recommend this product and this site!
