As an online buyer I've been very happy with the service. I've purchased 3 watch straps and haven't had an issue.

Easy to design your own quality bracelet, resonable manufacture time and professional customer-service.

Prompt communication and delivered when promised.

Just a little problem with the thickness of the buckle.

It did fit very well and it looks great.

After reading the various comments, I was very sceptical about ABP. I couldn't find the made-to-measure bracelet I wanted, so I tried ordering from ABP. The site is very accessible and well designed. The combinations are many and varied, and it's really easy to place an order for a made-to-measure model. The delivery time was respected, the packaging was meticulous and the product delivered far exceeded my expectations. The bracelet is very beautiful: the leather is of good quality, the strap is well made (all the elements of the order were respected) and the finishing touches are meticulous. My watch really stands out with this new double-turn bracelet, and I'm sincerely delighted!

The result is very beautifull!

Alligator nato made and shipped fast. That's the strong point. And it gives a real character to my Submariner. On the other hand, I'm a little disappointed because it's more matte than on the photo (I should have chosen glossy). From a distance, it looks like printed calfskin... We'll also have to wait and see how it holds up over time, as the skin is thin and the Nato imposes creases that may lead to cracking. We'll see. In any case, a unique product, as ordered. I'll certainly be ordering another bracelet from ABP in the future.

Quality products. This is the third watch strap that I have ordered and not disappointed with it, however, I have to ding you on the fact that you lost track of the original shipment and I needed to contact you to have it resolved, by sending a second strap.

The item was exactly as I had hoped it would be.

18 days since the order was placed. It was not a custom made strap. I have written to customer service 2x for an update and have not gotten an update. I am ready to contact the CC card company for a refund.

Fast delivery and great product

It takes long time from order to delivery.

Poor stitching of NATO Strap in that, within one week, one of the stitches in the NATO Strap came undone and I had to Superglue it where the stitch came undone. Also, the Buckle is very thin. For a large watch 43mm, it appears flimsy in contrast to the watch. The customization was exactly as described and completed quickly which is why the review is two stars instead of one, but incredibly flimsy craftsmanship from an ostensibly higher end brand. Disappointed!!

Superbly crafted products, as well as extremely kind, friendly, and helpful customer service. I've tried high quality leather straps before, but ABP is on another level. Some “high end” sellers are more name and hype than delivery. ABP does have a reputation as an elite maker, but that reputation is based on the quality of their work, and value of their products, not just a name.

Fantastic service! I was not satisfied with some small findings on my strap. ABP remade my strap without any hesitation and the result was perfect. If I was to feedback anything it would be a little faster reply on the email.

I received the wrong strap and was notified by ABP that I could send it back (at my expense) and they would redo the order. Instead, I asked for an exchange or a refund and after several emails and a month and a half later I have yet to get a single response from ABP. They now have the original strap back and I am just waiting on a response. Interestingly, prior to placing my order, they were very responsive.

Quality of product and shipping speed is exceptional. Returning customer and still satisfied.

I had given ABP my wrist size in (mm) and I was uncertain between L or XL...my wrist size which was measured many times to make sure and is just under 8mm so I chose L, because of the variance in mm for sizes. When my blue denim alligator/croc? leather band came in for my Rolex datejust ll 41mm, the band was beautiful and high quality, but it was way to short. Had the band installed by my local jeweler on the watch, and had it extended as far as allowed, and it is so tight....I am hoping that it will give a little through wear.My recommendation when ordering from them is to just dictate your wrist size and leave it at that, and have them make the decision; my wrist size was in between L and XL, but now I know and it was costly.
