I ordered two watch bands from ABP Concept for my recently purchased IWC Pilot Mark XVIII watch.Both bands arrived promptly and are of high quality.I'd recommend ABP Concept if you're looking for a premium quality band at a decent price.

Ordered a bespoke strap which surprisingly when supplied deviated from my specifications. More importantly After sales rectified the matter without complaint. Service took quite a bit of time however the strap was replaced and I am very happy with it.

The Strap is good, i liked it a lot.

1. Holes for spring bars tiny, impossible to push spring bars through.2. I selected curved ends for the strap at a cost of €50, later advised to change to straight but no refund of €50.3. Overall quality of stitching is very poor, size, direction of switch both have a big variance. For €310, I expected much better.4. Above issues shared with ABP, photos sent, I'vesent 2 chase e-mails in the past week but still no response - customer service is very poor.

I wished to have a very nice and special wrist for my favorite watch and was concerned about ordering online but the configuration software is easy with possibilities I would not have imagined and wider than competitors (I recommend the special alligator leathers!)Final result is even better than what I have dreamed: the looking is awesome, quality great and service excellent with a quick Delivery.Of course it's not cheap but it's simply worth the price because we talk about a tailor made product handcrafted with passion an love.Thank you for having given a second life to my Watch!

Order forgotten and therefore received a long time later following several reminders and badly designed bracelets: 8 holes to close it with the pin buckle!!!! Ridiculous. +Finish not worthy of the price. Sorry, I've always had a good image of ABP, but this time it's really not worthy of the reputation...
