I liked the crunchiness of the breading and the taste, which was very similar to poultry. This product is not environmentally friendly as it is packaged in a lot of plastic. The basic idea is good for a vegan product with lots of promise and good packaging. The fact that it's environmentally friendly is a plus. I didn't like the texture, as there were hard bits inside and not enough crunch. I think this could be improved and it would be great! Otherwise, it's easy to cook. There are recipes for more than just nuggets and French fries. As for taste, it seems to suit a lot of people.
