Hello. We have a problem with the pizza oven soles. They stick, we have been patient thinking it was because they were new. But the problem persists. Can you give us a reason for this problem? I have to redo my failed pizzas. Bad image for us, which was not the case with the old ones, and as I told you, a dark stain appeared from the first day of use. Ordered an oven resistor for 150 euros. Paid 50 euros for fragile transport and received a box too small in which the resistor is bent to fit... It’s very borderline... I will install it tomorrow, I hope it works properly and hasn’t suffered from transport.

We are sorry that the way our packaging does not suit you. The resistance is packaged in accordance, which does not cause any issues in a rigid box. For the shipping costs of spare parts, it is 21 euros including VAT. Indeed, you mistakenly checked the fragile product shipping costs which are intended for the transport of stones plus spare parts. For your next order, do not hesitate to contact us so we can issue you a credit note for the difference.

Hello, I ordered refractory stones for my oven, I received them but they were poorly cut. Then I ordered a burner and received a refractory stone from another customer, and finally I ordered a piezoelectric igniter for the oven, and 2 months later it no longer works. I informed the guy by SMS, no news, not serious, and I find it very expensive for material that does not work, to avoid.
