Hello. We have a problem with the pizza oven soles. They stick, we have been patient thinking it was because they were new. But the problem persists. Can you give us a reason for this problem? I have to redo my failed pizzas. Bad image for us, which was not the case with the old ones, and as I told you, a dark stain appeared from the first day of use. Hello, I ordered refractory stones for my oven, I received them but they were poorly cut. Then I ordered a burner and received a refractory stone from another customer, and finally I ordered a piezoelectric igniter for the oven, and 2 months later it no longer works. I informed the guy by SMS, no news, not serious, and I find it very expensive for material that does not work, to avoid.
