Ordered an oven resistor for 150 euros. Paid 50 euros for fragile transport and received a box too small in which the resistor is bent to fit... It’s very borderline... I will install it tomorrow, I hope it works properly and hasn’t suffered from transport.

We are sorry that the way our packaging does not suit you. The resistance is packaged in accordance, which does not cause any issues in a rigid box. For the shipping costs of spare parts, it is 21 euros including VAT. Indeed, you mistakenly checked the fragile product shipping costs which are intended for the transport of stones plus spare parts.
