As indicated on the product sheet, this kite is designed with a lightweight structure to ensure good wind capture. However, it is essential to store it as soon as gusts exceed 35 to 40 km/h, in order to preserve its durability.
If the retaining string broke after a short use and in the absence of strong winds, we invite you to contact our customer service at the following address: [email protected]. We will then be able to proceed with a product replacement and report this potential manufacturing defect to our supplier.

The installation of the cups is simple, but the result remains to be proven because for me, the pigeons are not really scared and continue to coo above and below my windows. As for the seagulls, it seems that it attracts them instead. They continue to peck at the windows and it doesn't stop them from landing on the window sills.
