The Clarence air humidifier meets my expectations. Large capacity, three "speeds", ionizer, warm steam, LED, it's what I wanted. It is quite silent, I sleep without any problem with the device running. The only small issue is that the "warm steam" button doesn't work every time. You have to insist, press hard. Too bad... I hope this device will last me a long time.

I bought the Rohan, very efficient, nothing to say. However, for a cellar where the floor is, it really makes a lot of noise and significant vibration. Otherwise, very good product, fast delivery.

High quality dehumidifier, I am amazed by the amount of water collected not to mention the very practical pump to spare me from emptying the tank. I didn't buy this for that but the blower allows drying clothes in 2 hours. The only small downside is the noise level of the device.

Hello, My 4 stars out of 5 are linked to the high price of the HPA filter. Regarding the positives, there is the fact that I can buy this filter as an accessory to maintain my dehumidifier. Delivery is free from €30, it is fast and the 3 HPA filters were very well packaged ;) So a generally positive review and I recommend it for all these reasons. Best regards

Hello, The buying experience itself is very good but the delivery is not. A deliveryman dropped off the parcel at a relay several km away, even though the delivery was scheduled to be made to the house where there is someone on duty at all times. So 2 hours lost in the middle of the day because I absolutely needed the filters for the humidifier for my instrument. Yours sincerely, Florence Duroy

I waited a whole day for the parcel, in agreement with the GLS deliveryman. The deliveryman didn't come and said he had dropped the parcel off at a relay point. However, the parcel was not dropped off at the relay point where I went for nothing. Scandalous. I'm going to advise against GLS on all sites, and Air & Me as well, since you associate your deliveries with these crooks!

To qualify GLS as crooks seems a bit excessive to me. It turns out that these crooks handle almost all of our deliveries (and sometimes, even to the right place — a feat we commend every time) and we are very satisfied with them (perhaps our shared penchant for trickery).
