I'm not giving it 5 stars because the box arrived with bubble wrap around it. So you could see through what it was (which in itself isn't a problem), and I don't see the point of the bubble wrap around the cardboard box containing the product, which is well padded with polystyrene.

Product easy to find on the site to order. Only downside: we couldn't find the fasteners to fix the filters, so we had to remove those from the old one, taking care not to break them, then clean them in vinegar (limescale). We managed to do it once, but I doubt we'll be able to do it again without breaking any. You should sell these fasteners on your site.

I had to phone them as I had heard nothing 1 week after ordering. I was informed that one of the items was out of stock. I asked to cancel the out-of-stock item in order to receive the other items. I finally received all my items, even the one that was out of stock.
