Delivery time a little longer, but sales service up to scratch. However, we would like to be informed of any logistical problems BEFORE we ask.

Hello, the unit seems to be working well and there's less humidity in the room, despite its size. On the other hand, when the unit is running, I regularly hear a loud metallic noise for about 30 seconds, as if the fans were rubbing against each other. Since my room is open to the public, this is very unpleasant. As my premises are open to the public, this is very unpleasant. Where does this come from and how long does it last? Thank you in advance for your reply. Yours sincerely

Order processed quickly. On a negative note, the cost of returning a defective product is at the customer's expense.

109€ for a dehumidifier that I found at another retailer at 89.99€, I'm very disappointed, I wanted to buy it directly from a specialist rather than from a supermarket and I got ripped off, http://www.vandenborre.be/fr/deshumidificateur/air-naturel-ddh20-1

Nice products. Obsolete online store security, but apparently an update is in the works. That's why I'm only giving it 3 stars, because the protection of credit card payment data is not/no longer guaranteed (chrome displayed a warning). I preferred to make a bank transfer to be sure of avoiding any worries.
Apart from that, I received my order quickly and won't hesitate to order again.

Very efficient and quality device. I bought it for myself about two years ago and recommended it to friends who immediately ordered it too. A total of 6 devices.
