No complaints. Delivery as ordered. Carton very slightly damaged, much less than I had imagined. As a result, a nice reduction and the product works perfectly. Fast delivery

Faster to deliver than to prepare the order (which may come as a surprise) but otherwise everything is OK, delivered on time and in perfect condition.

I ordered my product in white and it arrived in BLACK, which is apparently not the first time on this site. I had seen someone leave the same comment. I thought I didn't have the same problem...

30% discount because the box is damaged ... but really, 3 times nothing. So no worries with the order, which is in order.

Respect for deadlines, impeccable packaging ... I just wish I'd had a little goodie (for example an essential oil) because I bought 2 air purifiers on this site.

Dear Sir/Madam When I opened my parcel, I noticed that the packaging of the Sylver Cube item had been opened, which does not guarantee that it will not be used. I would be grateful if you could send me an item in the condition in which it was sold. I trust you will understand my request. I have noticed that the filters are not the same as when I placed my last order. Is this normal?
